  Had a fantastic experience with ziptrek. Our guides were Anthony, Jason and Leo who were absolutely amazing. Not only did they make sure we were absolutely 100% safe but they also provided some interesting insights as to the animals, environment and what ziptrek are doing to protect this amazing part of the world. Would highest recommend this to anyone who wants a bit of thrill and learn more about Canada. Absolutely amazing views.

  A group of 10 of us at a family reunion booked Ziptrek’s five-line zipline adventure in May. Unexpected high winds impeded travel down the lines, slowing guests and preventing some from reaching the far end of several of the lines. Multiple people had to be rescued – by the guides sliding down from the far end of the line, clipping onto the clients’ harnesses, then pulling them hand-over-hand the rest of the way to the far platform. Mathieu, Déylan, and Catherine were incredibly efficient, professional, and safety conscious in those less-than-ideal situations, and maintained a cheerful attitude throughout it all. I worked as a divemaster and scuba instructor in the Caribbean for more than a decade. A significant part of my job was keeping clients safe, whether they were aware of it or not. I could see, and appreciate, the lengths this team went to keep us all safe, happy, and to get us down the mountain despite the weather. Ziptrek guests are in good hands, and I wouldn’t hesitate to take one of their tours again. In May, a group of ten people — gathered for a family celebration — booked the five-zipline adventure offered by Ziptrek. Strong and unexpected winds hindered progress along the cables, slowing down participants and preventing some from reaching the end of several zip lines. Several people had to be rescued: the guides slid from the other end of the cable, grabbed onto the harnesses of the clients, and then pulled them with their arms for the rest of the way to the landing platform. Mathieu, Déylan, and Catherine demonstrated remarkable efficiency, professionalism, and concern for safety in the face of these far-from-ideal conditions, while maintaining a cheerful attitude from start to finish. I worked for over ten years as a Divemaster and scuba diving instructor in the Caribbean. An essential part of my job was to ensure the safety of clients, whether they were aware of it or not. I was able to observe — and truly appreciate — all the efforts made by this team to guarantee our safety and good spirits, and to help us descend from the mountain despite the bad weather. Ziptrek clients are in good hands, and I would not hesitate for a second to participate again in one of their excursions.   Beautiful family experience with our two children 9 and 7 years old. Beautiful scenery and pleasant temperature. The guides are very kind and put participants in confidence. Our children loved being able to go down in tandem with the guides. Thank you very much to our guides of the day for giving us this superb experience.

  This was a great experience. We did the falcon tour in early October and the scenery was beautiful as we ziplined from the top of Mont Tremblant to the bottom. We had a great tour guide who was friendly and encouraging. I'd definitely do this again.

  Jade, Jennifer and Jason were amazing! I was terrified after the first one and they were very encouraging and helped me through the second one. It was the most amazing views and such a rush zipping down the mountain! Price was 139 a person and the go pro was additional $40 totally worth it. Also we bought gloves which you need this time of year and reasonable 11.50 a pair, it was a three hour tour. The walk was a bit tough, but we made it through!
