You start by reserving your transfer online or by phone before arrival. You provide your flight details, hotel name, number of passengers, and any special needs. Upon landing, after clearing customs and immigration, you proceed to the designated pickup area where your driver will be waiting with a sign bearing your name or company logo. The driver helps with luggage and escorts you to your vehicle. The driver takes you directly to your hotel in Montego Bay or Falmouth. Travel time varies—roughly 5-20 minutes to Montego Bay hotels and 30-45 minutes to Falmouth. The ride is comfortable, often along scenic routes, and can be a private transfer or shared shuttle. Once at your hotel, the driver assists with your luggage and ensures you are safely settled. You can provide feedback or tips if you wish. When departing, you arrange your pickup time ahead of your flight. The driver collects you from the hotel, helps with luggage, and transports you back to the airport in time for your departure.
