Once booked, a confirmation email will be sent immediately to travelers from Safe Adventure Transfers and Tours. Instructions will also be sent to travelers on how to find our representative. You will be issued a ticket as proof of payment. Upon arrival at the pick-up location; our trained professionals can be identified with the company’s logo. Representative will wait for travelers at pick-up locations with a sign bearing the company's logo and traveler’s name. Travelers will be transferred safely to their destination in fully equipped air-conditioned vehicles by professional and well-trained drivers. Complimentary bottled water, rum punch or red stipe beer will be available for our guests. Traveling to destination travelers will be briefed on a piece of Jamaica’s history of some of the most breathtaking attractions and beaches. This transfer service includes 1-2 stops between destinations for rest stops, souvenirs shops, or to enjoy some authentic dishes.

Shawn was great and went out of his way to pick up friends and transport us all to our hotel. The van was air conditioned and had cool drinks. The drive was pretty and Shawn was on time and very efficient. I recommend and would use his services again. Thank you Shawn for making our transfers go smoothly!

Shawn was very helpful, nice, and helped us with all our needs. We had some stops we wanted to make along the way and he was generous with his time to make these stops. Even made an extra stop (at his recommendation) for us to take some photos. Would definitely used his services in the future if we return!

He was on time. Patient while we waited for the group to gather. Kind and thoughtful. He is a great and safe driver. Friendly and safe. He wasn't CREEPY.

This company provided excellent service! We had a large group with different transport needs at different times. Truly appreciate all the coordination and support they provided to meet our needs. Plus the drivers were pros and friendly as well. Very satisfied with the transport experience in Jamaica!

Andrea was awesome! She was so helpful and understanding when my plane was an hour later than scheduled. She was there still waiting for us. Andrea told us about alot of Jamaicas history during the transport to our hotel. And she made sure we had plenty of rum punch and water. Will definitely us Safe Adventures Transfers and Tours again!
