By this One Day Trip From Barcelona ( Montserrat Tour ), We would ride through the scenic landscapes of Catalonia to reach to the Montserrat Mountain .
First We would go through natural park in Montserrat Mountain to visiting sublime views and giving you brief explanation about the area.
At the next step of this Barcelona Montserrat tour, we would pass Montserrat Mountain to get to Monastery and explore one of Spain's most important religious sites. Talking about different routes in Montserrat and other pilgrim sites.
We would visit a local farmer's market, try their cheeses and we could taste a liquors of Montserrat with a Recipe of Monks.
And finally we would get into the Monastery Area , Attend at Montserrat Boy Choir Performance and Visit the famous Black Madonna of Montserrat .

According to the schedule on the Montserrat website, the choir does not perform on Saturdays. However, on Sundays, you have the opportunity to witness their enchanting performance (or an adults choir) during Mass. Please note that there are no choir performances during the summer holidays, certain afternoons, and over the Christmas holidays.
Travel in Comfort: Our tour uses a Private Mercedes Van with spacious seating and ample legroom.
Please note that attending the Boys' Choir performance is subject to availability. We strive to provide these experiences for all our guests and It is highly unlikely that these experiences will not be available on your selected tour date. In the rare instance that such unavailability occurs, you will promptly receive a notification after your booking.

Montserrat
In This One Day Trip From Barcelona ( Montserrat Tour ), We'll pick you up from your hotel or Any Address in Barcelona to commence our Montserrat Tour on a ride through the scenic landscapes of Catalonia. Heading southwest, our journey takes us through the captivating Natural Park of Montserrat, offering breathtaking vistas and your guide will provide you with a brief explanation about the area and share fascinating geographical information about this remarkable region. Make sure to also keep your camera handy for great shots of the mountain's unique rock formations with Barcelona and Catalonia in the distance.
Montserrat Mountains
On the second leg of our day trip from Barcelona to Montserrat, our next stop is at the cable car station in Montserrat Mountains. This cable car provides an alternative route to the Monastery, allowing you to cross the Llobregat river and ascend to an altitude of nearly 4000 feet. Dating back to 1930, this cable car operates with just two cabins, reaching a speed of 5 meters per second. During your free time, if you wish, you can experience the Cable Car ride, which offers a spectacular view of Montserrat and the Monastery Area (please note that the Cable Car ticket is not included).

5.00Our driver and guide for the day was Adrian. He was incredible! Pickup at our hotel was smooth and on time. As we drove to Monserat, he gave us lots of information about Barcelona, Montserat, and Catalonia. He was informative, funny and responsive to our questions. We stopped in 2 places for great views. Finally, Montserat. Truly amazing. We learned history and legends; art and architecture. We tasted regional liquors. Inside the Bacilica, Adrian found great seats for us, explained many details and told us about the world famous boys choir. We saw the Black Madonna. After the Boys Choir sang, we took cable car down and rode back to our hotel. Such a perfect day!

5.00We were not prepared for how wonderful this tour would be! This was a private tour with Adrian as our guide. He was smart, funny, and extremely knowledgeable: the perfect guide! So much information was provided that I had to go back to our hotel and write notes so I could remember it all. The day had perfect weather and our untouched photos are incredible. The Basilica itself is quite impressive. We saw the Black Madonna and heard the Boys' Choir.

5.00We had an outstanding visit to Montserrat with our guide Adrian. He picked us up at a cafe downstairs from where we stayed early in the morning. Adrian is extremely knowledgeable about Spanish history and geography, and shared all sorts of information with us on the ride to the monastery. We were able to visit the small farmers market, tour the monastery grounds and view the Black Virgin. We even attended Mass, and he gave us an opportunity to wander about afterward and have a snack. He knew to arrive early to avoid the crowds. As we were leaving to return to Barcelona, the line to enter was over an hour long. The entire trip was a bit over 5 hours and worked perfectly for my husband and me as well as my 81 year-old parents. I highly recommend this visit, and go early in the morning to avoid the wait and the crowds.

5.00Our day to Montserrat was incredible. We had a nice luxury van with the BEST tour guide named Adrian. He knew everything and more! Where to park, what is the best bathroom, what time to get into line before the crowds etc. We couldn’t have done it without him. The church, the Madonna, the choir were all terrific. Overall, I highly recommend it.

5.00Our tour guide Adrian very knowledgable and took the time to explain every detail and adjusted to one’s rhythm. It did not seem as a rushed process. He was able to book tickets to view the black Madonna which was not included in our tour.

5.00The best tour guide we've had on her 19 day trip! We've taken tours nearly every day and this was, by far, the best tour guide we've had! He knew all the tricks to get us to get in and out of places and have the best views and seats to see the boys choir. I would HIGHLY recommend this tour and request Adrian!
