We sail in the early morning with no other boats around, for sure the best photo opportunities!

Where other boats like to sail a fixed route and give standard comments, we like our tours to be unique, personal, informative, and fun! We start our cruise along the Canal Ring (UNESCO World Heritage List), and from there, off we go.

Since 2021 we cruise in an incredibly special boat, namely the 1928 former Dutch govern boat which hosted heads of state, mayors, and the Dutch royal family. The boat is intimate and comfortable; 100% electric, with sliding windows, a sunroof, open aft deck, heating, and toilet on board (a luxury).

In short: the most ideal boat to explore the canals.

What To Expect

Join our award-winning 'Best Boat Tour for Amsterdam' Sail through the beautiful canals of Amsterdam on our unique, comfortable boat. When the weather is nice, we open the roof and windows for fresh air and splendid views. We don't follow the same route every time or give boring talks. We had a great time on the boat. The boat was comfortable and felt like it belonged on the water compared to the commercial canal cruise boats. Our captain was great. Highly recommend this tour.

Perfect for those that prefer a small group experience versus the mass market boats. Captain Jan was informative and funny. He is able to customize the tour according to group preferences so it’s never the same tour twice. We did I this same tour last year and it was different this year so we got to see different parts of the city. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful and relaxing way to tour the canals in a beautiful old historic boat. Jan was very personable, knowledgeable and a lot of fun! Nice little breakfast with sweet local bread. Highly recommend this tour.
