We will pick you up at the hotels in Hoi An Town at around 8:20am. First, a trip to the market to purchase some fresh, locally grown herbs. Then, we board our river boat for a relaxing 30 minute ride to Thuan Tinh Island, which is recognized by Hoi An as an official ecological zone. To visit the local Village, we take a row boat ride through the water coconut trees. We then walk through the gardens to visit Ms. Hoa’s house to meet her family and snack on grilled rice cakes and iced tea. From there, we head back to our open-air cooking class overlooking the water coconut trees and river. Our chefs will show you how to make Vietnamese food while you enjoy the cool breeze and peaceful setting. Our chefs have prepared a 4 course cooking class of traditional Vietnamese dishes. They will demonstrate how to prepare them, and then it's your turn-you prepare your own tasty Vietnamese lunch!! We start with a homemade Passion fruit Juice soda to whet your appetite. After the class, we will drop you off at the hotel at around 2:00pm. End of class. Note: The menu can be adaptable for vegetarians.

5.00Ahhh we loved it! Best part of our trip so far. The markets were a bit of an eye opener for someone who is vegetarian ha but was a great visit, the basket boats were hilarious and super fun but the highlight was ofcourse the cooking class. Thoroughly enjoyed it

5.00Fantastic experience with Nhi and Tumh! Loved shopping in the market, the boat ride, and the class. It’s a hands on, super fun class and tons of delicious food! We did the morning class, which is recommend, as you get to the market while everything is fresh. Nhi and Tumh are both awesome.

5.00Sometimes, with all the variety of experiences and places, it is easy to forget how great it is when one is simply "a point" - perfect. From logistics and transportatiom on time, to buying products in the market, the stories, the professional explanations how to differ a fresh shrimp from the none fresh, the boat trip, the coconut forest - and into tge cooking class itself, dish by dish, chop by chop, sauce by sauce - perfect. Humor combined with great food - and for us, also a sunny day!

5.00Ni was an amazing host and cooking teacher! My wife and I loved the setting and most importantly the food itself. It was an incredible experience to hand-pick our food from the markets, understand what we were about to make, prepare the meals, and finally enjoy them! Highly recommend to anyone staying in Hoi An!!

5.00Learnt so much at this class, Tin Tin was a great teacher & what we cooked then ate was absolutely delicious. Two boat trips included & market visit to collect our ingredients a great experience & very informative. Would highly recommend this full Half day adventure
