Start your day with a revitalizing outdoor morning yoga class at the beautiful Batata Beach in Lagos. This is a hatha based class including some dynamic yoga elements in order to strength our core body, stretch out, release stress and just improve our general health at a beautiful environment. The program is designed for all level yogis, who would like to stay fit during their holiday. We opened classes in Portimao and Salema as well! We offer Sunset Yoga, FullMoon Yoga, Private Yoga, SUP Yoga, SUP Tours and Outdoor Fitness as well :)

5.00Watching the sun rise and listening to the waves crash as we practiced yoga on the beach in Lagos was amazing. The perfect way to start the day. Lizi was a wonderful yoga instructor. The flow was gentle and welcoming to all. We are a family of five and we all enjoyed the experience. This is a must do when visiting Lagos, definitely worth getting up early for! Thank you Lizi!

5.00Lizi did an amazing job. I booked the sunset and sunrise yoga and a few PT sessions with her while I was in Lagos and would definitely book them again if I come back here. She incorporated great exercises for me to do based on my abilities and the yoga was super relaxing in a beautiful setting.

5.00We had an amazing beach yoga session this morning!! The location was Praia Batata - empty at that morning hour. Lizi was amazing, very considerate with us and all the yoga flows!! We love it and we definitely recommend it while in Lagos!!
