5.00I messaged three companies and Gede was the first one to respond. Others took 2 hours to get back to me. Easy process, the driver arrive on time. Coffee on arrival which was much needed. Gede let me take my time with the hike, took as many breaks as I needed. Once we got to the top, he organised breakfast for me and gave me a blanket which was nice because it was freezing. If you interested in checking out Mount Batur, definitely get a private tour with Gede. Highly recommended private tour with Gede. Thank you Gede for a wonderful morning.

5.00Did the Mount Batur Sunrise Hike with Wayan and had a great experience! He picked us up on time, ensured we reached the sunrise viewpoint early, and made multiple stops as requested. He provided breakfast, water, and even clicked amazing photos for us. Highly recommended!

Our local guide Gede was amazing, very informative, caring and helpful in taking us up & down the mountain and providing a delicious breakfast too! Communication through whatsapp was great and they were super understanding of our concerns about the weather & pick up/drop off was seamless! Thank you!!.

5.00Sunrise trek was beautiful. The trek was moderate, some steep parts but generally fine. We are both relatively fit. Great communication from the driver and local guide. Our driver was Kadek and our local guide was Wayan. We even visited the hot springs afterwards. Wayan also took some great photos of us. Highly recommend!!.

5.00Climb 3x and enjoy every single trip! You might want to be ready by 3am to start the trip and catch the sunrise on time. With 2 hours climb, it worth the efforts 💙 ideal for any ages as long as you have a strong knee.

5.00We had a great time for jeep tour and black lava, coffee plantation visit. The tour guide Ketut and jeep driver Kadek are very friendly, funny and supportive, they deserve 6/5 stars for best service. This is the must try tour you should take when you go to Bali.

5.00Had Nyoman as our driver she was ace, very friendly and gave us so much information about Bali and Indonesia. She made the early get up very easy! We then had Kadek as our jeep tour guide and he was also great, took lots of photos and was always checking in on us. Both great people and made the experience! Would recommend!
