Gede was our driver for the tour. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the destinations. English very good. Highly recommend.

Mount Batur hike was amazing, all the hard work for an incredible view. Our tour guide Raka was social, friendly and incredibly helpful; showing us convenient routes, providing rest breaks when needed, giving a back story to the history of the mountains and volcano and best but not least taking professional photography like photos. Would definitely recommend the hike with Raka as your tour guide.

My wife and I just completed the private sunrise trekking tour of Mt. Batur. It was an excellent experience to do on our Honeymoon. We were picked up at our hotel by Ajixx who was an excellent host and driver. We were met by Alex at Mt. Batur who was our private guide to take us to the summit. He was an amazing guide and took some amazing pictures of us at the summit. We seen a family of monkeys at the top which was a good surprise. Both Ajixx and Alex were amazing and made it an amazing experience.

My wife and I just completed the sunrise hiking tour of Mt. Batur. We were picked up at our hotel by Ajixx, who was an excellent host and driver. We were met by Alex who was our private tour guide who took us to the summit of the mountain. Alex took some excellent photos and gave us breakfast at the stop. We seen a family of monkeys which was a great surprise. The whole experience was amazing and Ajixx and Alex were amazing hosts, I would highly recommend.

We went on the sunset tour with Luh ayu. She is the best and sweetest guide! Really deserves a 5 star rating. I would give her 6 if it was possible. The hike was great, she helped us the whole way going up and down and brought a picnic. It was really fun to boil the eggs in the vulcano. Would recommend this tour!! Book it with Luh ayu. If her boss is reading this: give her a raise :)

We went on the sunset hike with Nik, and it was amazing. I words cannot convey how beautiful it was and Nik made it all the better. I could not have asked for a better guide. He spoke excellent English, was very knowledgeable about the mountain, wildlife and surrounding area, and an AMAZING photographer. 10/10 experience. Would recommend to anyone.
Such an amazing experience, definitely would recommend for the unique trek and sunrise.

Such an amazing experience, definitely would recommend for the unique trek and sunrise. Our driver arjana was great, up for a chat and was very accommodating. Our tour guide Raka knew the track very well, was great to talk to on the way and took care of us at the top taking photos and showing us unique parts of the mountain. Brekky was yummy and you can hire blankets at the top as it’s really cold. Some hiking experience is required.

Amazing experience! The trek was very nice and the view awesome! Our driver Nata drove us to the trek point and back to our hotel safely (the road was not easy). He was very helpful! Our guide Kaca was very nice and friendly. He guided us very well during the trek and once at the top he cooked us banana and eggs in the heat of the volcano stones:) we recommend!!
