5.00Our initial booking was cancelled due to low cloud over the flight path but another was found the next morning without any problem at all by the desk staff. We took off into clear skies and high cloud. The views were fantastic and the glacier walk was expertly supervised by our pilot, who also provided a very detailed description of what we were flying over. Absolutely brilliant.

2.00If you are doing it in the summer , then there is no snow . They just take you for 5-7 min on a kind of a hill and back . No resemblance to any of the photographs shown in the site . Also it was hot - we went in early March . In short completely misleading and utterly disappointing.

5.00Hassle free, easy to follow safety rules. Pilot was friendly, and helpful. Assisted all passengers with taking photos. Excellent pilot skills, leaving us all feel comfortable in the air.

4.00Our pilot Nigel was lovely, and explained why we couldn’t land on snow as the cloud was too low. That was a bit disappointing but it was still a great experience.

1.00U fortunately due to high winds, our flight was cancelled so very disappointed. We were given the option of rebooking on another day but our itinerary prevented a return.

5.00This is a once in a lifetime experience. Especially in winter. Landing on the snow was epic. The staff are helpful and very welcoming.
