    The tour is really fast. There is little time to visit the points as you really want. -The full tour was not completed as we were not taken to point 1 (5th station) or point 8 (ice cave). They promise wifi but the vehicle didn't have The vehicle was not really clean

    Hassy was my driver, he was excellent, knew all the spots to bring my family and I, saw fuji with a beautiful landscape scene. Even helped us retrace back when we left our items. Highly recommended!

    This was the best experience for a tour I ever had. The Tour guide was the best and was very generous. He knowledgable in all the sites and provided great information. If you are thinking of booking this trip—don't hesitate as you wont be disappointed!

    We had a wonderful day with our driver Hassy. He spoke english, was very nice and let us choose everything we wanted to do in our day. We got wonderful views of Mount Fuji and ended our day in Gotemba Premium Outlet. He even let us choose our departure time to avoid traffic and big crowds. It was everything we hoped for.

    Our tour guide was very nice. He took us to sites with beautiful views of Mt. Fuji. The private car made it a more relaxing tour.

    We had a wonderful time. Our tour guide Hassy was wonderful! He was so kind and patient. Made our tour so pleasant. Highly recommend. Will book him again when we comeback to Japan

    While this was a private experience I would liken this to more of a private driver and car but not a tour. We were dropped off a locations and picked to do everything on our own. Did not visit many of the places in the itinerary such as 5th station, caves or gotemba outlet's as they would be too far per driver. Was much shorter than anticipated and guide did not speak Japanese which could have come in handy at certain locations. Ehh definitely not a tour

    Hassy was the driver he knew all the best spots w best views, amazing experience! He took is to the main spots first and then nice peaceful places with a really good view of the fiji
