3.00I see there are only 5 star reviews and hesitated against posting ours. But we were disturbed by the exchanges we had while clarifying our requirements and thought it might to be good to share this to provide an alternative view. We had asked for a native Japanese tour guide within our proposed itinerary. The response was a bit of aggressiveness and rudeness, bordering on accusation of discrimination against their staff and potentially running into legal issues. We had read online that it is perfectly fine to request for such specifics when stating our requests, as native guides would have deep-rooted knowledge and experience of local tradition and culture. By the way we eventually did find one via another agency without any trouble. Our advise is to not to seek such clarification with this agency, assuming what we read online is accurate.

4.00We had a great time on this Mt Fuji tour. Our guide, Ryu, was very nice and gave us a lot of information about Mt Fuji and its history. He took us to a lot of places that allowed us to see Mt Fuji in all its glory and it was so beautiful and majestic. He took a lot of nice pics for us too. I definitely recommend this tour. The only con was near the end it did feel a little rushed and we weren’t able to go the the 5th station even though I really wanted to because we had to leave to beat the traffic back. But then we arrived back in 9 hours while the tour was allowed to go up to 10 hours so I felt a little sad that we didn’t make the 5th station stop.

5.00Definitely one of the best tours I have been on. I travel with my spouse and 2 children (5 and 2 years old). When booking, the company was very responsive with my queries in regards to my chosen/ideal iternary. Additional costs were discussed up front if needed. Offered to pick us up from our hotel which was in Tokyo Bay (paid extra to the driver for this as it was out of area). Driver was fantastic. Knowledgable and very talkative and friendly which was great for us. Also excellent with children. Car was in excellent condition with car seat for my 2 year old. I had an itenary planned but was adjusted as we went due to my family needs. The driver was very adaptable and even offered advice on locations to eat and things to see and do. I would definately use this organisation again! Thank you so much.

5.00Excellent experience. Car was clean, had a booster available. Very kind and friendly. Super informative amd knowledgable on the history. Highly recommend and will definately rebook when we come back.
