In this adventure you're gonna be able to ride and enjoy a coastal forest trail that is easy/moderate, you'll get to see and dip yourselves in the pristine waters of the hidden Spring plus I'll show you one of the area's cave!

I'm your host Edwin, avid mountain biker and experienced adventurer and I'm gonna make sure you get an awesome time in our adventure. We are gonna be riding Tortuguero mountain bike Park and National Reserve which is a costal Forest. We'll start off by fitting you on your bikes and helments, briefing you on the bikes and then head to our awesome ride. I'll bring water and local fruits as snack. Please do not bring flip flops for the ride. The ride is beginner/moderate level with few climbs, some roots and rocks but basically flat, on 85% shaded forest. I'll show and explain the flora and fauna along the ride and you'll be able to stop and take as many pics as you want or you need to have water, got tired or whatever reason, we'll stop no problem.

5.00The mountain biking trail was fantastic. Super fun and mostly shaded. The Lagoon was great to swim in on a hot day and the cave experience was extremely unique. Edwin was a great tour guide. He knew his stuff when it came to mountain biking and nature/wild life. we encountered a couple flat tires and Edwin had us up and running in no time. The transport from and to our place of stay was amazing as well as we didnt have a rental car. We thoroughly enjoyed this trip and hope to go again next time we are in PR.
Once in a lifetime experience!!!

5.00This was absolutely incredible, my favorite thing I did on my trip to PR!! Edwin is a super knowledgeable guy. He picked up us up from our hotel with the bikes and snacks and waters all ready to go. He and knows a ton of stuff about the history of Puerto Rico so he was telling us lots of information on the way to trailhead. Then when we started riding, he stopped every so often to tell us about the plants. This guy is a true naturalist— he knows every plant and every animal. And he doesn’t just know the animals as a species, he knows them as individuals!! There were many times when he pointed to an animal and said “yeah, see how she’s got this scar or that mark” and told us the story of that specific critter getting into a fight or having babies and when. He really knew each one like they were his neighbors. If you take this tour, you’re not just gonna see the forest and the caves, you’re going to know the stories of all the life that inhabits it. Edwin is like Steve Irwin. At one point, he just picked up this snake like it was no big thing and when we gasped, he said “it’s okay, I know her.” Then he sweet talked the snake in Spanish and I don’t know how to explain this other than to say that she (the snake) looked at him with so much love and trust in her eyes. It was the coolest thing! We saw a ton of animals and a different part of the island that I don’t think we would have experienced any other way. Bonus fun fact is that this area is where the tour happens (Vega Baja) is where Bad Bunny grew up. I highly recommend this tour! My boyfriend is big into mountain biking which is why I booked it, but I’m not that good on the bike. Still, I was able to keep up and the things I got to see and taste and touch in exchange for the work of biking were so worth it! He was opening different native fruits that I had never even heard of for us to taste! I can’t talk highly enough of this experience. Next time I come to PR, I’m hoping to book another tour with Edwin. He offers a lot of other experiences so if you are not sure about the mountain bike aspect of it, you should look into one of his other walking tours or cave tours. He’s the best!!!

5.00I had a great adventure with Edwin. I was the only one who signed up for that particular day and he had enough confidence in me that we rode a few harder trails as well as visiting the spring and the cave. I am not much of a beach-sitter on vacation and Edwin provided the excitement I was looking for, personalized to my level. He's a terrific human being as well as a great and knowledgeable guide.

5.00Great time in a great park! We saw an Iguana. The ride was tough but totally worth it. Edwin was a great guide and is very knowledgeable about Puerto Rico 🇵🇷.

5.00We had the most epic adventure with Edwin. He was so knowledgeable about the trail, wildlife, and vegetation. He went the extra mile to ensure my tween son stayed engaged and worked hard to ensure we saw everything the trail had to offer! We cannot wait to come back and do it again!

5.00E was great, he gave us info to help miss traffic on the way to our meet up spot. Very well educated and versed on the area and biking. We're intermediate/ advanced riders and after he got comfortable with us took us on some of his favorite more technical trails!
A must-do!
