• Very Good even in Spring - IF the weather cooperates

  April in the Alps means variable weather! We started the day in Lauterbrunnen under low clouds that stayed with us on our high speed gondola ride to Murren. Fortunately, after about an hour, the clouds broke and we were treated to magnificent views of the mountains. This is the very end of the ski season and no shops were open. We were able to enjoy lunch on a terrance with a view. The cog-wheel tram was not yet open so we took a leisurely walk down hill to the "old" gondola. We made an impromptu stop at Trummelbach Falls - highly recommend. FYI - with only my husband and I it turned out to be a private tour. Our guide was very good, but I forgot to write down his name!   Roland was on time and very nice! He showed us the best spots for pictures! Took us to a great lunch place! Would highly recommend! The day turned out to be a beautiful day!!

  Highly recommend this tour! Loved the small group attention. Our guide, Alex was excellent and taught us so much about what we were viewing as well as Swiss culture. The scenery from Murren was unforgettable. Definitely recommend this tour.

  We had such a great morning and afternoon exploring Launterbrunnen and Mürren! The scenery is incredible and our tour guide Christoph did such a great job teaching us things about Switzerland!

  This was a very interesting tour to the highest village in Switzerland. The guides were very knowledgeable and were very helpful for making this a memorable experience.

  Michael was an excellent tour guide. We enjoyed learning about Lauterbrunnen and Muren and seeing the highlights of both places. He was very accommodating to our schedule and very knowledgeable about both cities, as well as, Switzerland in general. He recommended a delicious lunch place for us in Muren. He also made sure we had the best seating and positioning in order to get the best landscape views from the train and cable car rides. Fantastic guide.

  This half-day tour was excellent! We were fortunate to have awesome weather and our guide Michael was excellent in leading us throughout the itinerary. Lauterbrunnen and Mussen had awesome views of the surrounding mountains, waterfalls and paragliding activities. The pace of the tour was just right and the hiking/walking involved was relatively easy for all ages.
