A well organized experience! We got to meet some baby cows which was not expected. The hosts are so kind. We learned so much and got to eat some fresh cheese, meats, breads and wine! 10 out of 10!

We had a great time. First we started with seeing the cows up close and then the milking room. Next came a live demonstration of making mozzarella and burrata. The way burrata is made is really quite interesting. Then we toured thd cheese maturing room. Lastly there was a lovely lunch where got to try all the excellent cheese, bread, cured meat and even a half carafe of rose. It was a lovely lunch and really the whole experience was enjoyable.

This was a wonderful experience and a must do while in Puglia! Our tour guide, Lucia was absolutely delightful and so welcoming. The grounds were beautiful and she taught us so much about the masseria and the cheese making process. It was so fun to watch the mozzarella and burrata made. The picnic basket of delicious cheeses and homemade breads and wine were such a treat! We wrapped up with shopping in the little store and were able to buy some goodies for the road.

Superb fun experience Mozzarella 101. From the cow to the plate through all the manufacturing steps including stretching and folding which gives three kinds of mozzarella. In the final, a great tasting of farm produce.
