A memorable experience. Our guide was so informative and spoke excellent English. From meeting the cows to sitting down to a lovely brunch with wonderful food it was a day to remember. The cheese making demonstration was awesome. I will go home with new appreciation for mozzarella, Canestrato, ricotta and burrata!!

Our guide, Lucia was very knowledgeable and passionate about the farm and the cheese making process. We toured the farm and cheese factory, learned about the cows and the process for making various cheeses and got to watch Rocco make mozzarella, burrata and straciatella before enjoying a lovely tasting experience on site. The tasting included several fresh cheeses and charcuterie paired with a rose wine and water.

The vista was interesting despite a certain reservation about the living conditions of the cattle. However, the discovery of Italian cheese making was rewarding and the value for money of the tasting was unbeatable.

Our guide Lucia did an outstanding job of explaining all of the stages of their cheese making process. The cheese tasting at the end of the tour which takes place outside near olive and fruit trees was exquisite as well. I would highly recommend this experience. Grazie mille Lucia

Cheese production from start to finish: meet the cows, see where they are milked, walk through cheese production, watch how curds become mozzarella and view the aging room. All beautiful explained in English. The highlight was the tasting of the lots of various cheeses they make with bread, focaccia, wine, dried figs, and jam. All produced there in their community. Needless to say, our bellies were full and happy at the end of the tour. I would highly recommend!!
