Was a great day visiting the farm and cheese making factory - best part was the cheeseboard at the end as you had a lot more appreciation for how it was all made. The tour also had a lovely translator - the owner spoke in Italian and she translated into English

Arriving there, the welcome was impersonal, without explanation, but afterwards when Giussepe and Wendy started explaining, it was super interesting. A unique activity that tells us a lot about the history of Masseria and cheese production.

Short and sweet tour! It was informative and fun. We got to taste cheese right after it was made, then we got to make our own (and eat that too), then wine and apertivo on the patio before leaving at our own pace.

It was interesting to see how the cheeses are made. Also, the food we tried there was very tasty! Big thanks to the team.

We had a fascinating experience at the farm! Cheese-making, especially burrata, can be a really interesting and educational process. Burrata is a special type of cheese known for its creamy taste and soft texture. By participating in this process, we likely learned and have fun!
