Please note that you will not be able to bring a large luggage that exceeds the total height, width and length of 160cm onto non-reserved cars of the Shinkansen. (E.g. 80cm x 50cm x 30cm)

Please let us know your booking numbers and total number of people before the tour if you have several bookings or if you have booked separatly.
Due to the weather conditions, traffic conditions, or suspension of operation, we may have a possibility not to achieve all the activities. The tour will be attending to following alternative places or giving ou t a gift as a compensation depending on a situation at that time. Refunds will not be given for these changes. (Swan Lake Cruise Ship on Lake Yamanaka, Lake Ashinoko sightseeing boat, Odawara Castle, Oshino Hakkai, Hakone Sekisho, Minaka Odawara, Fujisan World Heritage Center, Hakone Shrine)
If you are late for the tour start time, you will not be able to join the tour mid-way.
We will attend an alternative place instead of 5th station due to traffic regulation of Mt Fuji hill climb on 7th June.
Please handle the loading and unloading of your luggage from the trunk yourself. (Including wheelchairs, stroller etc..)

5.00Amazing tour by Tsubasa! He is a phenomenal representative for Japan! Extremely knowledgeable and entertaining. Megumi also did a fantastic job. Ichi-San, the bus driver, was great and courteous the entire time! A wonderful tour to Mt. Fuji that was both breathtaking and informative. I would book this again!

5.00Levin was fantastic. He was so through and taught us so much about the history of the region. The tour was a phenomenal experience and perfect for a quick day in Fuji, getting to experience an active volcano, and a ride on the Shinkansen

5.00I had the best day tour to Mt. Fuji and Hakone with Levin and Yuta as my guides. We were very lucky to have such a beautiful view of Mt. Fuji. It was seen from land (we got to station 4 on Mt. Fuji), air (on the cable car) and water (ferry around the lake.) As a solo traveler, I look for ways to get more out of my trip and booking a tour helps me see more in a short window of time. Our tour group was also very mindful of the time and Levin was very clear on what time to meet and how much time we had per stop. I took this tour in early February so if I were to take it again I would be more mindful to wear more to keep warm. The crowds were low but this isn’t the busy season. Lunch was an okay assortment of food, but I enjoyed the beef curry over rice. Levin brought so much life and humor on this long nearly 2 hour drive to the Mt. Fuji area. And he also included some history of Japan Edo era, shogun, and the region. Yuta was very nice and personable! Ready to help and socialize. I hope you’re lucky enough to get them as your guide when you book! And Mr. Bus Driver-san kept us safe and on schedule!

5.00We had an amazing Mount Fuji and Hakone tour from start to finish. The weather couldn’t have been better, which meant we were lucky enough to see Mount Fuji multiple times throughout the day — absolutely breathtaking and something you can’t always count on! We made it all the way up to the 4th level of Mount Fuji and it gave us incredible views and photo ops. The Hakone portion was just as memorable — the cable car ride was awesome, and the pirate cruise ship on Lake Ashi was a unique way to take in the area. The tour was well organized and Levin was an awesome tour guide. He was very funny and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Japan!
