Please note that you will not be able to bring a large luggage that exceeds the total height, width and length of 160cm onto non-reserved cars of the Shinkansen. (E.g. 80cm x 50cm x 30cm)

Please let us know your booking numbers and total number of people before the tour if you have several bookings or if you have booked separatly.
Due to the weather conditions, traffic conditions, or suspension of operation, we may have a possibility not to achieve all the activities. The tour will be attending to following alternative places or giving ou t a gift as a compensation depending on a situation at that time. Refunds will not be given for these changes. (Swan Lake Cruise Ship on Lake Yamanaka, Lake Ashinoko sightseeing boat, Odawara Castle, Oshino Hakkai, Hakone Sekisho, Minaka Odawara, Fujisan World Heritage Center, Hakone Shrine)
If you are late for the tour start time, you will not be able to join the tour mid-way.
We will attend an alternative place instead of 5th station due to traffic regulation of Mt Fuji hill climb on 7th June.
Please handle the loading and unloading of your luggage from the trunk yourself. (Including wheelchairs, stroller etc..)
The buffet offers the same menu for all guests, but there are dishes that vegetarians and those seeking Muslim-friendly options can enjoy. However, please note that we do not cater to following dietary requirements: Vegan, Halal, Pure vegetarian, Gluten free, and Allergy-friendly meals.

Too Many Queues and Missed Mount Fuji

1.00Yuty our guide and our excellent driver did their very best to make it a good day and were very efficient. No body could help the fact that the clouds kept Mount Fuji from view but of course this was a great disappointment. Overall the day was very tiring. Long traffic queues getting out of Tokyo, long queue for the Ropeway (40 mins +) very packed Lake cruise. Lunch was OK. I did think that the saving grace would be the Bullet train back to Tokyo Station. We were packed in like sardines standing room only not at all what I was expecting. For the money it was not worth it.

5.00Visiting Mount Fuji has been on my bucket list for many years and it was an absolute thrill finally getting to experience it in person - this was my first time seeing snow in real life. My partner and I are over from Perth, Australia celebrating our 10 year anniversary and I know this experience is one that we will cherish forever. From the delicious food, to the gorgeous scenery, this day tour was spectacular. Our tour guide, Masae, was nothing short of magnificent. She was kind, knowledgeable and her love for her career and for her county and culture was truly admirable and enhanced every moment of our tour. She offered up additional tour opportunities for other places we are visiting and was happy to answer any and all questions, she was truly remarkable.

5.00A lovely tour of Mt Fuji and Hakone. Our tour guide Masae was really amazing and taught us bits of Japanese culture along the way! The lunch buffet was delicious. Everything felt well paced and we got chances to glimpse Mt Fuji along our drive as well!

4.00Our experience was a little limited by the weather on the day sadly, but our guide Masai was excellent, and it was overall a very enjoyable tour. The buffet lunch was also very tasty.
