Please note that you will not be able to bring a large luggage that exceeds the total height, width and length of 160cm onto non-reserved cars of the Shinkansen. (E.g. 80cm x 50cm x 30cm)
Customers who need each options will be charged more for changes on the day, therefore please select with lunch option in advance
Please let us know your booking numbers and total number of people before the tour if you have several bookings or if you have booked separatly.
Due to the weather conditions, traffic conditions, or suspension of operation, we may have a possibility not to achieve all the activities. The tour will be attending to following alternative places or giving ou t a gift as a compensation depending on a situation at that time. Refunds will not be given for these changes. (Swan Lake Cruise Ship on Lake Yamanaka, Lake Ashinoko sightseeing boat, Odawara Castle, Oshino Hakkai, Hakone Sekisho, Minaka Odawara, Fujisan World Heritage Center, Hakone Shrine)
If you are late for the tour start time, you will not be able to join the tour mid-way.
Due to traffic congestion on weekends and holidays, the tour ends at Odawara Station. So please book our tour “Returning by Bullet Train”(Including the BT ticket), but if you have a JR Pass or don't need a Shinkansen ticket to Tokyo, you can book with this product. All weekends, holidays, and several days【2026】(Jan 12th; Feb 11th, 23rd; Mar 3rd; Apr 29th, 30th; May 1st, 4th-6th; Jul 7th, 20th; Aug 10th-12th, 14th; Sep 21st-23rd; Oct 12th; Nov 3rd, 23rd)
We will attend an alternative place instead of 5th station due to traffic regulation of Mt Fuji hill climb on 7th June.
Please handle the loading and unloading of your luggage from the trunk yourself. (Including wheelchairs, stroller etc..)
The buffet offers the same menu for all guests, but there are dishes that vegetarians and those seeking Muslim-friendly options can enjoy. However, please note that we do not cater to following dietary requirements: Vegan, Halal, Pure vegetarian, Gluten free, and Allergy-friendly meals.

5.00We weren’t sure if we were going to cancel due to the rain. We are glad we didn’t. Our tour guide, Hiro, made the best of a challenging situation. He was very informative talking to us about Japans history. The day ended on a high note when for a brief minute the clouds parted and we got to see the tip of Mt Fuji.

5.00Aya was an amazing tour guide ! Spoke excellent English. Due to high number of visitors during the tour (cable line lines) They did had to make some changes to our schedule which she handled it very well.

1.00Avoid this tour with Japanese Panormic Tour which we booked via Viator. Got to the Cable car (rope way) part of tour. Waited 1 hour then took a 19 minute ride over a pit to get to our connecting cable car. But since it was too busy the tour company said we had to go back to the bus because it was going to be too long of a wait again to get to our boat tour. The boat tour was a waste of time nothing to see.

2.00It’s long and unpredictable not well organized. We did not get to do all the activities due to lack of organization and the long lines. This should be organized and I’m sure this is ongoing situation.

1.00Panoramic Tours seems to be the most expensive tour offered for this area, other than Panoramic's sister tour that has the included Shinkansen ticket back to Tokyo at the end of the day. I purchased this one because the advertisement had a picture of a Pirate Ship as its main photo and listed the Pirate Ship as part of the itinerary. The itinerary changed after my booking, without notice. The advertised and promised Pirate Ship ride did not happen, due to the tour, "taking on too many people and having to funnel them onto a normal boat." We (family of 6) were devastated as we watched the pirate ships pass by, filled with more fortunate (more informed?) customers. Our bus headed towards Fuji late because it picked up another group in a different area, so the attractions were very rushed with less time than advertised. We did have to run to make the deadlines and had little to no time in some locations to use the restroom. Our guide didn't teach more than 20 minutes during the entire 8-hour trip. There was no origami Mt. Fuji that I've seen in some photos. The bus ride was mostly silent, not a tour. I ended up using Google to teach my kids about the areas we visited. Though the guide did spent an hour (not exaggerating) pushing the company's up-charged Shinkansen train tickets back to Tokyo as an alternative to riding the bus back. She was not upfront about the fact there is a direct non-Shinkansen train back to Tokyo that is less than half the price (check out the Tokaido line option from Odawara to Tokyo Station. It takes 1.5 hours and was Y 1600 vs their Y 4000 for their Shinkansen tickets). This tour failed us. May our misfortune help you in your planning to have a better experience. Try and find a tour company that will honor their advertisements, that will teach you along the way, that will charge you a more reasonable rate and actually put you on a pirate ship. This one does not. There are other options. I saw several buses, usually around 6-10, from different companies at each stop. Choose more wisely than I did.

5.00Thank you Tsubasa for a wonderful Tour of Mount Fuji and the Hakone area. Tsubasa was entertaining and very passionate about Japan. It was informative to learn more about the culture. We were lucky to have such wonder views of Mount Fuji. We highly recommend this tour and Tsubasa. Our driver Futusawa San was excellent as well. Thank you again Tsubasa for making the last day of holiday in Japan so memorable.

5.00Yuty is so knowledgeable as well as smart, helpful, funny and extremely diligent. He went out of his way to make this trip happen for us, despite a booking error on our side that might have caused it to be canceled. He made this a truly memorable trip for us!

1.00We had this tour booked months in advance and were really looking forward to it with friends. When we arrived in Tokyo, we realized the pickup location we selected didn’t match the location of our hotel. We immediately called the company to correct it. The representative told us the only option was to cancel and rebook with the correct pickup point. Following his instructions, I cancelled and tried to rebook — only to realize the system had defaulted to a date two days earlier, which was now within the 24-hour cancellation window. I called back to explain what had happened and ask them to correct it. Instead of helping, the representative was extremely rude and told me, very bluntly, that it was “my problem” and there was nothing they would do. What makes this especially frustrating is that I had just cancelled our original reservation, meaning those seats were very likely still available. A simple adjustment or reinstatement would have solved the problem, but the company refused to help. As a result, we lost over $400 and missed the opportunity to experience this tour with our friends — all because we followed the instructions given by their own staff. Extremely disappointing customer service and a complete lack of flexibility or willingness to help a customer who was simply trying to fix a small mistake.
