  The tour pick up location was easy to locate. The tour bus left exactly at 8AM. We arrived around 10AM at Mount Fuji and blessed with a clear sky and amples amount of sunshine! It has been a life long dream of mine to visit Fuji-San and it happened! I highly recommend visiting in the late Fall or Winter Season to have a better chance of seeing Mount Fuji. The 5th. Station has gift shops, restaurants, restrooms, beautiful vistas and a lovely Shinto shrine located behind the buildings. After this stop, we were off to a buffet lunch and were served an array of both Japanese and Western cuisine. There was also more chances to take more photos and do some souvenir shopping. Our next destination was Hakone and we were on the ropeway and funicular which was interesting. Then our last stop was at Lake Ashi and took a boat ride. Overall, what a lovely day in rural and mountainous Japan and our tour guide Lovely was wonderful, fantastic and super helpful. She sat with me and helped me navigate the bullet train and I am forever grateful for her help. Lovely also taught us about the history of Mount Fuji, Japan and the local culture which made the tour more authentic. Thank you very much for making my Mount Fuji dream come true! One last tip, please read carefully the additional information regarding drop off back to Tokyo. I requested bus return however, on the weekends they only do bus pick up and you have to make your way back to Tokyo via bullet train. Had I read the finer print, I would have been more prepared.

  Nice tour to add on if you want to hit a Hakone onsen too(after tour). Utas made this a great tour. His positive attitude and knowledge was a bonus. Weather was supposed to be bad, but it turned out beautiful. Mt.Fuji was in its splendor with its white capped beauty. I did the tour then hit the hot spring. Nice!

  Great experience. The bus ride with Ik e Chan was smooth, the weather was perfect, the buffet lunch was delicious and Hiro our guide was professional and entertaining.

  We were recently in Tokyo for a few days and booked this excursion. I would highly recommend this excursion as it is informative, all inclusive, and fast-paced covering a lot of ground in one day. We started out on a bus and ended our trip by taking a train back. We were lucky to see nice views of Mount Fuji, especially on the boat trip we took. The aerial tramway was also interesting. The weather is highly variable and the day we went it was warm, then cold and rainy, then sunshine so dress accordingly. The most challenging part of the excursion was to locate the meet up point, which we checked out and located the day before our trip. When we arrived that morning, there were multiple groups from different companies, so it was a little confusing trying to get in the right line.

  This is the worst tour company one could have experienced. I booked my Mt Fuji and Hakone 1-Day Tour Return by Bus tour through Expedia with them, not knowing that there is NO Bus return on weekends! Basically, they were selling something that does not exist. Yet they did not inform me about this in their confirmation email nor did they notify me about it in advance although I booked my tour 3 weeks in advance! I was told on the bus by the tour guide that they have no bus service for return on my day of tour, and they refused to offer me a train ticket to get back. We were dropped off at the Odawara train station to figure out our own way back. They charged me for the fee of bus return but refused to offer us either bus or train tickets to get back. They also cancelled the ropeway activity for no valid reason without giving any refund. This is like you paid for three items online but the merchant only shipped you two claiming one of the item you paid for was out of stock but refused to refund you the item they failed to deliver. They do this repeatedly and intentionally to rip off the tourists. This company is a total scam. Don't go with them.

  Had a great time at Mount Fuji. I was able to take wonderful pictures. The tour guide Levin was funny and informative.

  90% of the time is spent on the bus driving - this means out of the 12 hour experience - you will spend 10.8 hours on the bus! This is a crime to steal 12 hours from a traveler who came to enjoy Tokyo. Also, there are absolutely no guarantee you will see Mt Fuji as its most of the time is hidden . Don’t wait your time. Enjoy food and culture Tokyo has to offer instead! Lesson learned!

  Hero - our tour leader is very informative, funny and friendly. He made the trip interesting due to his personality and the way he conveyed the informations were two ways. He is a very communicative person. My suggestion is upgrade the lunch / food.
