3.The tour guide will hold a yellow flag with the 'Gogoday' logo at the meeting point.Simply tell the tour guide the name you used when booking, and you'll be able to join。 Please arrive 15 minutes early. No refunds for late arrivals or no-shows.
4.Due to the booking platform's privacy settings, we can't see your email address， please inform us your email address after booking. We will send you an email around 9 PM the night before your departure, which will include information about the guide, driver, and vehicle license plate.
5.Weekend and holiday traffic in Japan may delay the return time past 8 p.m. Our company will cover any overtime fees for the guide and driver. we kindly recommend not scheduling any activities or transport afterward to avoid losses. Please note that visit times at attractions may also be shortened， adjusted or canceled due to the same reason,We sincerely ask for your understanding and patience.
6.It's recommended to bring some cash, as some scenic spots, restaurants, and other places in the Mount Fuji area may only accept cash payments
7.The matcha experience lasts approximately 10-15 minutes.
8.Some attractions may experience heavy crowds, particularly during peak travel seasons.

After your matcha experience, stroll along the shores of Lake Kawaguchi to snap a shot of Mt. Fuji. Explore Lake Kawaguchi, located at an altitude of 830 meters and spanning 5.7 square kilometers. The lake's intricate shoreline offers numerous vantage points to admire Mt. Fuji, and on a calm day, you can capture its stunning reflection in the lake's waters.

1.00Very bad , they email us wrong pick up location and not answering the calls, we couldn’t go with his bus, we call many time and we have to take train to Fuji by ourselves, we text him want to meet him at Fuji, so he can take us back, but he never replied! We demand our money back !!!! We don’t recommend anyone use this company!!!!

5.00Evita was a wonderful tour guide, very outgoing and friendly. Well informed and shared a lot of great information and tips on the area. She and the driver were very friendly and ensured we all had a good time and were all on the bus (everyone made it safely there and back :) ). We had cloudy but nice weather, I'm grateful Mt. Fuji revealed herself by the end of our tour! I will definitely come again and stay at onsen next time as recommended!

5.00We had a great day with Sia despite the clouds not cooperating. It was extremely impressive how she ran the day and translated into two languages fluently. Sia was very efficient and the whole day ran perfectly on time.

2.00The tour is ok but it is way too rushed. So many stops there was no time for anything except pictures. One stop was only 8 minutes and if you were late, the bus is not afraid to leave you as they left one family. It is also a mess to try and find your right group at Tokyo station. Tour guide also gave incentive to those who gave 5 star reviews and made sure and watched you type in the review. Some of the 5 star reviews that mention the tour guides NAMES are not fair and accurate. We would not do this tour again. It would be better recommended to spend a night at Mt Fuji.

5.00Review: The tour to Mount Fuji with Viator on the 15th was excellent! Erina was an amazing guide – she speaks Chinese, Japanese and English with great clarity and kindness. Everything was smooth and pleasant, and the surprise of receiving a beautiful picture of Mount Fuji made the experience even more special. The driver also distinguished himself by courtesy.
