A fantastic day. And a great guide. We were so lucky to have seen Mt Fuji and Hokone cruise. The Drum show should not be missed. I thoroughly recommend it.

I can't comment on the tour as we didn't make the coach on time. I gave it 1 star so people would hopefully read this before booking and note my complaints, so it will help them get to the tour bus without issue. Firstly, this was not entirely their fault, had we reached our destination a little earlier, we would have made it, however, those new to Japan, understanding that B2F bus stop 11 is in the basement of a building is something new to us. What added to the confusion is you have to pass through a bus station to get to the building in question, so naturally we asumed that the stop was at this station, we were looking for a stop that wasn't there. There was also a pick up point in front of the building to add to the confusion. Once we realised that we had to find our way down to the bus stop the coach had already left. What was entirely their fault was their lack of communication, other tours I have been on worldwide and in Japan, usually have the tour operator contact you prior to the excursion, or create a WhatsApp group, so when we were confused about the meeting point, we could have contacted the tour guide to clear up this confusion. I tried to contact them via Viator and they still haven't replied to that message a day later, i have no hope.of getting a refund as ithers have also pointed out. What annoys me most is that there were similar reviews complaining about the lack of direction to the stop and it seems no action has been taken, if they had someone outside the building to guide us down to where we needed to be, that would have helped greatly or even a sign or a banner. I am hoping this review helps others at least know where to look if they choose this tour, something I feel the Tour operator should be doing. Personally in future Iwill just plan my own excursions, we ended up getting a train to Mount Fuji ourselves, which was cheaper and without the unnecessary filler activities.

This is one of the best experiences we have had in Japan! The tour guide was very sweet, knowledgeable and gave us ample time to explore. We covered so much including Mt. Fuji 5th station, Lake Ashi, Hakone. What surprises me is the cost of the tour. So many activities for little price. Highly recommend

We had a wonderful tour of Mr Fuji and Hakone. The bus left from KEIO Plaza Hotel at about 8.40am and our tour guide, Toshioko (TK) was excellent, friendly and knowledgeable, and looked after us very well. We were staying in Hakone overnight and JTB organised the accommodation and a taxi to the hotel. The tour included a delicious hotpot lunch at a nearby hotel along with a Japanese taiko drummer show which was terrific. Highly recommmended!

The tour guide was very Friendly and helpful the experience was excellent. The only negative was the return to Tokyo station via the Bullet train was extremely busy, due to the time the tour ended. One of my travel companions almost fainted due to the cramped conditions. I was also disappointed that my attempts to amend my pick up location remained unanswered.
