We had such a fun experience! Our guide Moto was so kind and very flexible, letting us make choices about our activites as we went along, and helping us find all the best, least crowded places with beautiful photo spots. He found a cute & yummy place for lunch. We appreciated his answering our many questions and that English was so good too! Luckily we had gorgeous, clear views of Mt Fuji all day as we explored the area. It was also a treat to have such a comfortable and safe ride. Very pleased!

My guide Kaz was exceptional as was the driver. We had a fantastic day visiting Mt Fuji and also a few out of the way spots that were wonderful. Kaz is very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and polite. We stopped for a lovely lunch of buckwheat noodles and tempura. He educated me on Japanese culture and customs which was so important in understanding the country and people. I had a fantastic day!!!

I had an amazing private Mount Fuji tour with Yoshimi. As a solo traveler, I loved being taken off the beaten path to beautiful viewpoints and small local restaurants and coffee spots most visitors never see. Yoshimi was warm, personable, and very knowledgeable, and her driver was friendly, fun, and excellent. With clear views of Mount Fuji, it was truly an unforgettable day. Highly recommend!

Can’t say enough about our guide and our driver, Yoshi and Toshi. Great tour of Fuji customized to what we wanted to see. Learned a lot of history from Yoshi. We did not get a view of Mount Fuji as it was covered in clouds but we still enjoyed the tour very much. The lunch stop was amazing. Thank you Yoshi and Toshi for lasting memories of Japan.

We came as a family of 7 (5 adults and 2 kids) on the Mt. Fuji day tour. We wanted something that would allow for everyone in the family to have fun and enjoy the day. Our local guide was Yuko. She was very knowledgeable and helpful in providing several facts during the tour. Our bus driver Toshi was also very friendly and made the ride very pleasant. I would recommend this tour as it allows for a more comfortable and relaxed experience for both adults and children.

We visited Mt Fuji and Kawaguchiko Lake during our recent trip to Japan. Yumiko was our guide, Toshi was the driver both of whom gave us excellent company by providing us great information and insights about Mt Fuji and the surrounding areas. We went to Arakura shrine, Chureito Pagoda, Kitaguchi Hongu Fuji sengen shrine, Hana terrace and were on a boat ride on Kawaguchiko lake. All along, Yumiko gave us so much background information on what each of those shrines is known for, their history and significance sprinkled with some funny anecdotes. We had so many good family pictures too, at the right locations, thanks to Yumiko. Toshi took us to a couple of spots that were off the main path, and which provided great views of Mt. Fuji. Last but not least, Yumiko took us to a very authentic Japanese restaurant where we had Hoto noodles and Unagi. Oishi 🙂 We also were quite lucky that it was a clear sunny day. We could go up to 4th station from where we had excellent views of the alps and the Pacific. Arigatho Gozaimasu Mrs Yumiko and Toshi. See you next time when we are in Japan.

My family had an incredible experience today touring the areas around Mt Fuji with our guide Mazda!! We had two adults, two teens and a child. Mazda was so kind and attentive to our interests and needs throughout the day. His suggestions for the best activities (and which activities to avoid) were spot on. When adjustments needed to be made in our plans, he was very flexible and accommodating. He was genuinely excited to share with us the history and culture of Japan. He knows all the best photo spots and took so many great photos of our family. Mazda was even kind enough to help me book Shinkansen tickets for the next day. I was having trouble booking online so we stopped at a quiet station at end of the day so he could help me. We accomplished so much in one day - I can’t even believe it - chureito pagoda, lake kawaguchiko speedboat ride, Oishi Park, Healing Village, tree ocean (forest), wind and ice cave, world heritage center, lunch and ice cream!!! This really isn’t possible at all if you try to do it with public transportation or a group tour. I think a private tour is ideal for seeing the Mt Fugi / kawaguchiko area. We were also lucky to have a beautiful clear day with blue skies. We will treasures the photos and memories from today always.
