5.00We had a wonderful time with our travel guide Sumiko. She sent us a letter to the hotel upon arrival which was very welcoming with an itinerary for the day. 5.00Wonderful tour on a day with variable weather. Early start allowed us to beat the cherry blossom crowds and get on the cable car for Mt Fuji viewing. Shun was very knowledgable and tailored the trip to our wishes. We were not so sure about the outlet mall but really enjoyed our time there. Great lunch at a small town restaurant on the way. Fujisan shrine was stunning

5.00Mazda was an absolutely wonderful tour guide! He was very enthusiastic throughout the tour and extremely knowledgeable about Mount Fuji. He was accommodating with our changes in itinerary and patient with us while we shopped at the Gotemba outlets. We would highly recommend him to other people for this tour and especially for families with young children.

5.00Wonderful day of luxury vehicle touring from Tokyo to Mt Fuji. I’m so glad we booked this tour because it was a highlight. Our guide Ken was patient attentive kind and knowledgeable. We had a wonderful clear day to view Mt Fuji and take beautiful photos that will be cherished. We spent a long time at the outlets shopping which was to my request so we probably could have done more sightseeing but this was my preference (love to shop) I travelled alone with three kids 9,11,14 and we all felt safe, happy and engaged the whole day. Thank you to Ken and the wonderful driver who took care of us all day as if we were family ❤️

5.00The tour felt sureal! Taiji was able to change and shift our trip to Match how we wanted to experience japan. He was calm, collected, informed, and very very nice the entire tour. It never felt like we were rushing through the tour or just going to tourists trap spots, going on a tour with him felt like meeting a family member or friend who knew the area and was just excited to show you around which made the experience all the better. Overall the experience with him was one of the best I've ever had!
