5.00We went for a customized private tour. It turned out to be one of the best decisions. Our tour guide was very helpful and helped us design a great tour plan. The tour was amazing and we had a blast. Highly recommend this company. My family and I had a great time with the beauty of Mount Fuji, all thanks to a great driver. He was very patient with us. He also made some suggestions to make the trip more memorable, which I really appreciated. The customer service was patient and quick to respond, the driver was very punctual, very polite, spoke very good English, and the vehicle was very clean. We rate our experience very highly! We booked a private luxury van for 1 day and it completely met our expectations. Our driver was excellent and very knowledgeable about the area, which made our trip very smooth. He always discussed with us the next destination and suggested a few great stops for us to add. He was very polite and considerate, and even offered to take photos for us at some of the scenic spots. His time management was very efficient, he picked us up on time and dropped us off at all our stops within 9 hours. We loved the hotel pickup and drop-off service and being able to customize our trip. Thank you for making our stay in Mount Fuji easy, comfortable, and memorable!
