Arakura Fuji Sengen Shrine
Arakura Fuji Sengen Shrine, also known as Chureito Pagoda (忠霊塔, Chūreitō) is a five storied pagoda on the mountainside overlooking Fujiyoshida City and Mount Fuji off in the distance. The pagoda is part of the Arakura Sengen Shrine and was built as a peace memorial in 1963 nearly 400 steps up the mountain from the shrine's main buildings. The location offers spectacular views of Mount Fuji in combination with the pagoda. The spot is particularly popular among photographers as it allows for some wonderfully stereotypical shots of Japan.

2.00We felt rushed and the itinerary was not accurate as we only went to minimal places,out of the nine that was advertised when we booked the tour was supposed to go for 10 hours and the full trip was done in 6 1/2
All around a disappointing performance from the company and driver. I do not recommend.

1.00The driver put the wrong address and went to the wrong place. My only goal was to go to a location near Mt. Fuji to have a nice lunch nearby with my family to see it. To celebrate my birthday. However, the driver was incredibly dismissive of my request and very insistent on going to a lake nearby. I was incredibly shocked, and when I tried to talk with my wife the driver kept interrupting us and insisting we stay at the lake. I was so shocked by the behavior of the driver I had to go take a walk to cool down. I wasted my vacation and all around felt this experience greatly ruined by otherwise pleasant family trip to Japan. Not to mention the driver was late.

5.00We had Wendell for our driver for this experience. He was super knowledgeable and very willing to chat about Tokyo and Japan as a country. He was able to guide us to different locations and even offered to take pictures for us. He worked within our time frames and made sure we got to see everything we wanted. He was a fantastic tour guide!
