  It’s these thoughtful touches – the ample time, the exceptional guide, and the on-site facilities – that make this tour worth every penny. A truly five-star day trip from Beijing. The transportation was punctual and comfortable. Having a full, unhurried day at Mutianyu is priceless, allowing for both vigorous hiking and quiet contemplation. The star of the service, however, was Kevin. His attentiveness was remarkable – from ensuring everyone had their cable car option sorted to offering to take group photos. Furthermore, the convenience of their dedicated visitor centre adds a layer of comfort and organization that many other tours lack.

  Excellent Value and Top-Notch Service. The Mubus autumn tour offers outstanding value for money. What you get is a premium, seamless experience. The Mubus schedule provided the perfect canvas for this. With no time pressure, we could linger at spots Kevin highlighted, absorbing the history and the panoramic autumn vistas. The company’s facility at the base provided a comfortable start and end point. Kevin explained the architectural details, like the clever drainage systems, in a way that was fascinating. He even helped some of us carry tripods! Understanding the history he shared also helped me frame more meaningful photos, not just landscapes but details of the bricks and towers.

  As a photography enthusiast, I needed time and flexibility. Mubus's autumn tour was ideal. The generous time allowance meant I could wait for the perfect light, capturing the wall snaking over hills blanketed in fall foliage. The schedule was never intrusive. Our guide, Kevin, was incredibly supportive. He knew all the best, less-crowded vantage points for stunning shots and happily shared this knowledge in his excellent English. His English is exceptionally eloquent, allowing for nuanced and descriptive storytelling. The Mubus visitor centre was a practical bonus, offering a secure spot to leave my non-camera gear. This tour is thoughtfully designed for enjoyment, not just ticking a box. For photographers wanting to capture the Great Wall's beauty without rush, this is the tour to book.

  Great experience and great guide Jessica. We did the Western path but not till the end as the last towers were closed because of the snow. But thanks to that the view was amazing. Then we came to the buffet that was great for the price in the pack.

  The tour with MUBUS was incredible. They were incredibly attentive, punctual, and helpful. Jessica was our guide and explained the history of the wall and gave all the instructions for the visit! Exceptional, we highly recommend it!

  The Dongzhimen meeting point was convenient for anyone to reach. We took the subway there, just as John had suggested. It wasn't hard at all if you followed the directions underground. John's historical presentation was very engaging. He provided a comprehensive overview, from the general history of the wall to specific details about Mutianyu. He also helped us purchase the cable car tickets, which was really convenient for us. The snowfall created a magical atmosphere. The wall looked stunning covered in white. John said that not many people are lucky enough to see the Great Wall like this. The lunch buffet was a great way to refuel, and the waiting hall was a cozy retreat.

  I wholeheartedly recommend the Greatwall tour with John. It was a perfect day, made even more special by the unexpected first snow. John was a true professional. His commentary on the bus was the highlight. He knew a lot about the wall's history, and his English was great, making it easy for us to follow his hiking tips. The snowfall on the wall was magical. The landscape was stunning, and the Christmas carols created a festive atmosphere that made the cold weather enjoyable. John's professionalism and passion for his work were evident throughout the entire day. His extensive knowledge, clear communication, and genuine care for us made today unforgettable.

  Traveling with my family, we needed a reliable and easy tour. Mubus delivered exactly that. The schedule was family-friendly. The bus was comfortable, and the timeline felt relaxed. He pointed out the best photo spots and told us about the beacon tower signaling system, which captivated my son’s imagination. The company's own visitor centre was a game-changer for a family. Easy access to toilets, a spot to regroup, and a clear meeting point took all the stress out of the day. Mubus removed all the logistical headaches, leaving us with just the awe and joy of standing on the Great Wall in autumn. Highly recommended!

  My trip to Mutianyu with Mubus was simply perfect. The autumn colours were breathtaking – the mountains looked like they were on fire with red, orange, and yellow leaves. Our guide, Kevin, made the experience exceptional. His English is fluent and clear, perfect for our international group. He wasn't just reciting facts; he shared stories about the Ming soldiers who guarded the towers, making history come alive. The Mubus visitor centre right at the foot of the cable car was a lifesaver. It provided clean restrooms, free WiFi, a place to store bags, and even sold last-minute water and snacks. This thoughtful base made everything so smooth. I can't recommend this tour enough for anyone wanting a stress-free, beautiful, and informative day at the Great Wall.

  Our day with Mubus at Mutianyu Great Wall was excellent, all thanks to guide John. Though the weather was a bit cold , John’s thoughtfulness wrapped around us like a warm blanket—before we boarded the bus, he pointed out a building where we could stay warm while waiting. John’s historical tales were like threads weaving the past into the present; as we breathed in the crisp, clean air and gazed at the Great Wall snaking over the rolling hills, every story felt vivid and immersive. Mubus’s facility near the Great Wall bus station had almost everything we needed: a warm bus waiting room, complimentary tea and snacks, luggage storage, a coffee and water station, and a spacious buffet restaurant—such a thoughtful touch for travelers! We can’t imagine a better way to explore Mutianyu, and we’ll be recommending Mubus and John to everyone we know visiting Beijing!
