Just 7 km from Victoria Falls, Mukuni Village is a traditional Leya settlement home to over 8,000 people. This guided tour offers an authentic glimpse into daily rural life in Zambia. You’ll be welcomed by a local guide and introduced to the village headman, then taken on a walk through the village to see how homes are built from mud and thatch, and how traditional life is lived.
Watch as residents go about daily activities—cooking, grinding grain, and crafting baskets or carvings. You may also get a chance to witness cultural dances or storytelling, depending on the day.
