5.00I had such an amazing time on this ghost tour—Jason absolutely made the experience unforgettable. You can tell right away that he’s incredibly passionate about what he does. His storytelling was engaging, detailed, and just the right amount of spooky without feeling over-the-top. What really stood out was how knowledgeable he is—not just about the ghost stories, but also the history behind them. He brought everything to life in a way that kept the entire group interested from start to finish. He also had a great sense of humor, which made the tour feel fun and relaxed instead of just eerie. Jason was super friendly, answered questions, and made sure everyone felt included. You can tell he genuinely cares about giving people a great experience. I would 100% recommend this tour to anyone—whether you believe in ghosts or just enjoy a good story. If you get Jason as your guide, you’re in for a great night!

5.00We do many ghost tours and we loved the history on this tour. The ghost stories were creepy and fascinating. Our tour guide, Jessica, was the best! She really knew her history and told the stories in a passionate and entertaining way.

5.00Excellent Excellent tour. The tour was not rushed. A lot of information was given. Jason was not just going through the motions of the tour but giving it as it was he's first tour. Will be going back.

5.00If you are in Chattanooga this is a fun activity to do with a group. Jason our guide is a great story teller! History and ghost stories are two some things my girlfriend loves so this was perfect. We plan to go back with friends!

He had great knowledge of the local history — he didn’t just tell ghost stories, he brought the past to life with details and context that made every stop fascinating. You can tell he truly cares about what he does and has put real time into learning the history behind the hauntings. On top of that, his personality made the tour even better. He was funny, engaging, and easy to connect with. The vibe was relaxed but still spooky, and he made everyone feel like part of the group.
