Step into the shoes of a newly-minted detective, tasked by Commander Mahoney to solve a gripping case... murder on the streets of Chapel Hill, NC.
Throughout this crime-solving audio adventure, visit each of the 10 mapped locations. You'll have the option to explore the downtown area using the Walking Map or follow a Driving Map on the city's outskirts. Once you choose, the exact starting point will be revealed. *See images for route.
Park or stop at each location, listen to the audio story, and put your detective skills to the test by gathering clues and piecing together the evidence. Finally, make your deductions and issue an arrest warrant.
Your overall detective skills will be evaluated, culminating in a Case Performance Score to measure your sleuthing prowess. This game is suitable for solo detectives, dynamic duos, or groups of mystery enthusiasts, offering an immersive audio tale filled with intrigue.

4.00We had a fun time figuring out the crime. It was cold and windy, but otherwise fine. We appreciate the pictures to help guide us on our way, however the one picture was outdated and we missed the building.

2.00Would have been better to throw in some historical places in chapel Hill rather than deserted buildings and a Target. Would have been more fun to interact with people in town that were in on the Mystery too. Totally boring and the Police chief’s questions had nothing to do with the case and did not get a summary of how many we got right.
Great fun for a couple of amateur sleuths

5.00My wife wanted to do something fun and I found this thinking I was buying a Murder Mystery dinner experience. While trying to find the address of where it was located, I found it was this completely different experience. We did the driving piece because I am disabled. It was a blast finding the place and sitting there looking at the real location, that matched the photo provided, and listening to the audio. We made notes and my wife got the murderer correct. I was leaning to someone else. Two of the stops didn't have a place to park where the photo was taken so we had to modify and missed the observation questions and one location was under construction and did not match the photo but we figured out the correct answer to the observation question using deduction and driving around a bit. We even found the exact location for the final stop where there was no address given because you can serve the warrant anywhere. If I wasn't disabled, I would like to try the walking event.
