  I went for the Muscat city half day night tour. My tour guide was Nasser and he was extremely helpful. He took me all over Muscat and showed all the main points of the city. He also explained a lot of the city's history and culture. I took the tour when I had an eight hour transit. He picked me from the airport and dropped me back. It was a very smooth and pleasant experience. Next time I will try to go for a day tour, since in the night you cannot experience everything.

  We chose 1/2 day to visit Muscat As a luxury SUV we had the privilege of having the smallest car in Oman that was a filthy dirt (used Kleenex in the counter-doors and the ground littered with various objects) and icing on the cake the seats were covered with plastic! The promised drinks were limited to seeing the driver drink his water who had taken care to bring Finally the tour was botched in 3 hours instead of the 4 announced I wanted to talk to a company official on the phone: I was almost insulted In brief: TO AVOID!!! This agency does not honor the Omani hospitality that we have enjoyed elsewhere

  We had a 7hr layover in Muscat. I reached out to Majed and he arranged a 4hr city private tour with a guide. The tour was awesome to get a glance about Muscat. I would definitely recommend it to folks who doesn't want to spend 6+hrs at airport waiting for a connecting flight.

  Me and my family just came back from a trip to London, and within as early as 6 months before the trip we have chosen Oman Air as our carrier of choice due to very reasonable prices (540 GBP for a return flight from Jakarta to London) and during the inbound flight we had a lenient layover time of 7.5 hours. As none of my family had been to Oman before, I did a bit of research of what can be done during a short layover tour in Muscat in the evening with such duration. Vacation Packages Oman was on top of the search result, and amazingly within seconds from the moment I opened the website, a manager on duty promptly popped up on the live chat bubble and directly answered my inquiries. I finally agreed with what they had to offer and I didn't regret it. I felt really guilty because I showed up more than an hour late due to late flight from London to Muscat and had to amend the number of participants because of my grandparents being not fit that evening, but nevertheless our guide Mr. Sulaiman said it's not a big deal and continued on guiding us seeing the Grand Mosque, the Royal Palace, and the Mutrah Souq. He is very friendly and informative and speaks really good English as well. We are picked up on a large air conditioned MPV Big thanks to Mr. Majed Khaled as well on helping me with the inquiries beforehand. I am looking forward to going back to Oman for a longer period of time to enjoy more of what they have to offer.

  We were lucky to get the tour from Said, the general manager himself. He arrived early and not only showed us the sights of Muscat but shared his passion of the city! From the mosque, to the opera house, the palace and the Muttrah market - he was knowledgeable and very flexible. Vehicle was in excellent condition and stocked with beverages and snacks. It felt like a VIP treatment! Thank you very much Said for spending time with us and best of luck in your numerous endeavours!

  We thorougly enjoyed our time sightseeing in Muscat. A great experience! Our guide picked us up from the hotel on time, we had water, juice and snacks provided, which came really handy during and after walking and driving all around the famous sights. We visited all the sights we planned, and more so we had a chance to go the beach, have coffee and relax. Our guide also helped us reserve the best table in a restaurant chosen by us, for later evening that day, with the most beautiful panoramic view to the corniche. We were happy to experience the friendly hospitality of Oman, provided to us by our guide and Vacation Packages Oman! Thank you.

  I booked this as a shore excursion as i had a cruise that visited Muscat and had a really good time! My tour guide Said went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant experience. He was very patient, provided great information about Muscat, had no problem stopping if needed.He even took some pictures for us and always had a smile! I Highly recommend this tour and ask for Said !
