1.00We didn’t get our actual tickets (only the voucher) until I contacted help support right before our scheduled time. Then when we looked at our tickets they said they were for an untimed entry instead of the 10:00 AM time slot that it told us in booking and stated on the booking in Viatour. Therefore we had to wait in the line for open tickets for two and a half hours in the rain to get inside. Also the audio guide didn’t work well at all. It kept saying it needed cell service and most of the museum didn’t have good service.
