This is a private tour for you,No other visitor join us.The driver will pick you up at your hotel or PEK Airport(Driver will hold a sign with your name,waiting for you in hotel lobby or flight arrival Exit) and drive you to Mutianyu Great Wall directly,the driver buy all tickets for you in the ticket office(shuttlebus ticket,Entrance ticket,Cablecar/Slide Way ticket).then driver lead you to shuttle bus station.You take shuttle bus to Great Wall entrance from parking lot，it is 4km to wall entrance from parkinglot,it need few minutes drive by Shuttle bus.The driver wait you in parkinglot when you hikeing on the wall,and bring you back to the city or PEK Airport when you come back to parking lot by shuttlebus.

From the beginning to the end, the everything was extremely easy, comfortable, and warm. Mr Sun from Miles’ team took my three teenagers, my wife and I in a very comfortable 7 seater for the tour. We had to sort out some airline complications when we landed, resulting in delays. Mr Sun was extremely accommodating, understanding and helpful. He was there at the agreed time, and helped us while we sorted out our issues with our airline. Our trip with him then started with an amendement and excellent advise from Mr Sun during to the delay. His advise was spot on. We saw Tien An Men square and surroundings before heading off the Mutianyu. He was a good driver, and we all could nap comfortably on the way to the wall. He had a ready supply of cold bottles of water which was extremely handy and welcome. At Mutianyu, he arranged for the tickets while we lunched, and led us right up to the chairlift. He patiently waited for us to descend, and happily drove us back to our destination. It felt like for him, it was a pleasure. And the booking process with Miles was super easy. He was responsive, informative, and genuine. 100% support behind Miles and his team!

Everything was excellent with Miles. We were able to manage the Reservation from Spain via email (although it also has WhatsApp). He came to pick us up at the hotel at 6am and we arrived very early at the Chinese Wall. After this visit he took us to the Summer Palace. And we finish back at the hotel. All perfect. Friendly, attentive, punctual and excellent driving. Super recommended!

Miles was very helpful and nice. He definitely made our trip to the Great Wall pleasant and confortable. Very easy, speaks English very well (which is really nice many people not speaking English at all). Would definitely recommend to book with him. Tip: the earlier you leave to the Wall, the better. We saved ourselves a lot of queueing. 5/5

We contacted Miles company on the day before our trip. He responded immediately to each of my emails and helped us decide which trip to take to enjoy the Great wall experience . We booked private transport at the time of our convenience and David arrived punctual ly before the planned start time . David was a joy . Really helpful and cheerful . He took us to the Great wall ,purchased our tickets and ensured we were guided to the area to start our exhilarating walk . David kept in touch by mobile and told us to take as long as we wanted . When we returned a few hours later he was waiting to take us back to our hotel . Beijing rush hour traffic but David navigated it with impressive patience and guile . We returned back to our hotel having enjoyed our experience immensely both from seeing the wonder that is the Great wall and due to the professionalism and service offered by Miles and David Thanks so much again

Really enjoyed the trip with our driver, David. He met us in the lobby of our hotel and, upon arrival at the Mutianyu section of the wall, took care of all the tickets and other logistics. Honestly, for this trip, you don't really need anything else beyond a friendly, safe, and organized driver, and we had all three in David. Lots of fun and a perfect option for families (like mine) with small kids and limited time.

Mr. Ma picked us up at the hotel and drove us to Mutianyu, helped us buying the tickets and to get to the shuttle bus. Was waiting for us to drive us back then to a restaurant that we chose for dinner. Additional service was to buy tickets online for us for the forbidden city that we visited the next day and to make calls to the restaurant and organized a driver for the next day to summer palace and forbidden city. We were 4 adults and for us it was the most efficient and comfortable way to see within a short period many highlights. Thanks to Mr. Ma for the excellent service and Miles for the help to plan this trip, it was easy to communicate via telephone or email
