If you are an avid lover of ancient history than My Son Sanctuary is a must see! It was once a place of worship where the Cham-Pa (known as Cham people, today) would make sacrifices to the Gods.Built between the 4th – 13th century A.D., this famous architectural complex of the Cham was built to worship the god Shiva. My Son was recognised as a world cultural heritage site in 1999 by UNESCO.

Our guide will pick you up from your hotel by car for the drive to Mỹ Sơn Sanctuary, which takes about 1 hour.

Upon arrival, the guide will spend approximately 2 hours explaining the techniques used to build the temples and details about Champa culture.

After the tour, you will drive back to your hotel, which takes about 1 hour. The tour ends upon your return."

Wonderful guide full of information. Very accommodating! Guide contacted us to see if we wanted to beat the crowds and leave an hour earlier. It was a great call as we had most of the exhibits all to ourselves. Wonderful experience!

This is the best way to see My Son. Our guide slowly took us through the entire region, explaining as we went. Had we just been set free ( as the large bus tours were), we would not have learnt so much about these temples and the Cham people.

Great to visit My Son and get a better understanding of the history of the the region. Some of the relics are in better condition than others. Our guide was knowledgeable and caring if somewhat hard to understand at times. It’s well worth the visit.

We went to My Son Sanctuary yesterday and our tour guide was great! He was very informative and made sure we knew all the background about the different areas at the Sanctuary. He also made sure we got some great photos. Highly recommend for a half day tour!

We had a fabulous tour to My Son. Our guide Truong was so knowledgeable, really he was fantastic. We definitely recommend getting a private van and guide. It was raining the day we went but this didn’t deter from our day at all. Ponchos and umbrellas and walking shoes. We loved it!!
