After The booking is placed, A confirmation email will be sent to the guest which will highlight the time and date of the pickup and drop off. that email will also contain the vehicle and drivers' information. Your drivers will be at the airport 10 mins before the pickup time. at the arrivals you'll find your drivers with tablets on which the guests name will be displayed. (if lost or couldn't find the driver Feel free to message or call the driver or ask anyone around the area for global connections (company name)). after meeting and greeting the driver will then guide the guest to the vehicle, first the driver will get the guest seated and then load the bags. after getting on board the driver will recheck the drop off point with the guest and notify them the time period from the airport to the location. all your drivers will have an active communication with all your guests while giving an on-road tour along the way to the drop off location. at the drop off location the driver will reconfirm the next return or pickup date and time with the guest.
