  Excellent game drive - we saw lions up close. Tom was very knowledgeable and did his best to show us all the animals - very close to rhinos, zebras, all the antelopes and giraffe

  空港に迎えに来て頂き、そのままサファリへ向かいました。ナイロビに到着する前は色々不安がありましたが、安心のできるドライバーさんでした。国立公園は思ったよりも広く、小さな川のようなものもあったので、普通のドライブとしても楽しめました。動物は、キリンやライオン、インパラ、サイなどを自然の状態でたくさん見ることが出来ました。さらに、朝陽がすごく大きく感動しました。 事前に空港に迎えに来てほしいことをメールしていたのですが、返信が早く信頼が出来ました。 このツアーに関わってくれた全ての人に感謝します。ありがとうございます。 Thank you for everything! I was really enjoyed. I hope see you guys again.

  So i booked a full day tour to visit the nairobi national park the elephant orphanage and giraffe centre i then customised the trip to include the kicc tower to finish the day off we had a driver called Dan he was very good and very informative when asked questions he knew a nice place for lunch and he even let us stop at the supermarket on our way home perfect day and easy company to deal with

  This review has been long pending. Wanted to convey a big thank you to Karanja and team for making our trip a complete success. Visited with family to Lake Nakuru and Masai Mara with Features Africa. Booking. Found their contact through Safaribookings.com. Karanja sent me a quote and was extremely patient to answer all my questions. Karanja tailor made the trip with all my requirements on the lodges and came up with the best quote. Karanja was on watsapp throughout to answer any further questions I have. The trip. Gerald was our guide. We were pic ked up at the designated time in a 4 by 4 vehicle. The vehicle was comfortable and well maintained. Features Africa team paid attention to minute details like stocking adequate water bottles and snacks in the vehicle. They said we want you to have a 'worry free safari', truly they meant it. Gerald is calm and always have a smile in his face. He has sharp eyes and spots animals like a wonder. He made sure we see all the actions. Also we were lucky to see and experience the mara river crossing, again a lot of credit goes to Gerald as he took us to the spot at the right moment and parked the vehicle in a brilliant spot. We also extended our trip with them with Kenya city tour and Nairobi national park safari. Karanja also offered us a drop to the airport at no additional cost. Our flight was at 5 AM and Gerald and Karanja came to pick us up in the middle of the night. Karanja came to meet us in person in the middle of the night as during the start of the trip he was out of town. Really appreciate the gesture. I have recommended Features Africa to all my friends who may be visiting Kenya in near future and I am also looking forward to our next trip with Features Africa.

  Did a 1/2 day trip to Nairobi National Park, Elephant Orphanage and Giraffe center with this operator and it was amazing. David was a great guide, very friendly and knew his way around the national park. I asked for an early pick up, so we arrived at the gate when they opened. We saw many animals and headed to the elephant orphanage at 10:30 a.m. (as it's open only from 11-12 daily). Elephant orphanage was dissapointing and I advise to skip it. Following that, we went to the Giraffe Centre, which I enjoyed very much.

• Perfect Trip from Start to Finish!

  From the time that I emailed Features through Safari Booking, choosing Features was a great idea. Karanja was quick and precise with his response, providing the perfect itinerary for the best price. He was able to take our basic package and add on a day in Nairobi with a great day trip to Nairobi National Park and the Giraffe Sanctuary to accommodate our late morning flight arrival. Besides Nairobi National Park, we went to Amboseli, Lake Nakuru, and the Masai Mara. I cannot recommend this itinterary enough. From seeing elephants beneath Kilimanjaro, to the Flamingos and Rhinos right next to Lake Nakuru, to the Cheetah and Lion and Masai Mara, everything was perfect. The best part was definitely our guide, Antony, who was extremely knowledgeable and more than accommodating. He took the time to learn what we wanted to see and was able to adjust our daily activities to fit in as much as possible, which was definitely unexpected. We loved everywhere he took us, especially Umbutu on the way to Lake Nakuru. This is a must stop for lunch to learn about the amazing work they do to help the women and children of Kenya. Antony made our trip! Will be looking to use Features Africa again in the future!

• A journey for life (better than a National Geographic episode)

  If you want to learn anything about Kenya wildlife you just have to get Karanja and his green car. Its the best way! Amazing journey that started in Nairobi, then to Lake Nakuru where we have seen a real chase between a Jackal, a hyena and a impala's cub. Finishing that day in a beautiful viewpoint of Lake Nakuru to see the sunset with the baboons was so perfect, unfogetable that peace... Karanja is always looking for this moments!! Masai Mara was the REAL safari, and doing our first safari of life here with Karanja was really amazing and believe me, National Geographic is wonderfull but this is awsome. First you decide what you want to see and for how long and Karanja look for it. We have seen cheetah, leopard, elephants, buffalos, lion, lioness, giraffes, zebras, rhinos, crocodiles, bushbuck, gazelles... Karanja took us to a places where nobodys was and we've seen dozens of elephants, lionesses, and beautifuls and rares antelops in a absolute silence. And that part was perfect to us because so much people and so much cars around you is a litle bit annoying (second week of July is very crowdy because of the wildbeests imigration, but - for us - is the best time to do safaris: all the animals are starving and ready to kill to eat). Karanja is a very good professional guide because he respect all the nature and the animals around you. You feel that you are in a sanctuary very well protected and you feel that all animals matters, not only the big 5. It was a dream and a privilege to be there with Features Africa Journeys and we certainly come back soon to see others nationals parks.

• Great safari experience Masai Mara Kenia

  During christmas holiday we went to Kenia for safari in Masai Mara and Nairobi National Park. Steve arranged an amazing experience. During our 3 days game drives through the Masai Mara we were able to see the big five. Our guide Steve has high level knowledge about the local nature. We had three fantastic days, shot a lot of nice photos, we slept in a beautifull lodge close to the national park and Steve was good company. • Fantastic Safari with Features Africa in Nairobi National Park

  We had a great time on our game drive round Nairobi National Park. Features Africa gave great customer service during the booking process and always replied to my queries quickly and professionally. They allowed us to tailor our day to visit the places we wanted. The safari tour itself was excellent. Our guide (I think his name was Francis) clearly new the park very well and also communicated with other guides which meant that we saw a buffalo being (briefly) attacked by lions. He was also very knowledgeable about all the animals we saw and was able to answer my barrage of questions. We were given lots of information about the social structures and family groups of the different species we saw which I was particularly interested in. We saw a huge number and variety of animals on our game drive (including lions, giraffes, rhinos, buffalos, hippos, zebras, impalas and many many more) which I still can't believe all live so closely to Nairobi. Even the journey back through Nairobi after the tour was interesting and entertaining with Francis giving us lots of information about life in Kenya.
