Nanu Oya to Kandy train ride is known as one of the most scenic train journeys in the world. We facilitate our clients to book 1st class AC compartment or 2nd class non-AC reserved seats. The train starts its journey from Badulla station and Reaches Nanu Oya by 0916 hrs. Usually it takes about 4 hours approximately to reach Nanu Oya Railway station. and the most scenic part of the train journey is from Hatton to Haputale.

5.00Very nice trip of almost 4 hours from Nanu Oya to Kandy. We had booked in advance to be sure of a place in 1st class. We were contacted by the representative on site 1 week in advance, by WhatsApp, who sent us our tickets directly. No worries on the train, seats are reserved and no one can settle, a controller ensures it. Definitely a resa in advance with numbered seat is the right idea. Moreover, we do not regret not having made the trip from Ella, almost 8 hours of train would have been too long despite the beauty of the scenery.
