Booking Confirmation You’ll receive a confirmation email 3 days before your service to reconfirm the pick-up time and location. Note: Bookings cannot be changed within 24 hours of the scheduled service. Driver Contact Your driver will contact you via WhatsApp within 24 hours before pick-up. Please reply to ensure smooth coordination. Airport Pick-Up We use flight tracking by default. Your driver will monitor your flight and wait up to 90 minutes after landing. If you prefer a specific pick-up time instead, please contact customer service in advance. If no request is made, we will operate under the flight tracking setting. City / Hotel Pick-Up The driver will wait in the car for up to 20 minutes at the scheduled time. Vehicle details will be sent via WhatsApp. Flight Delays If your flight is delayed or cancelled, please notify us at least 6 hours in advance. Without notice, the service will follow the original schedule. Luggage Each passenger may bring one 24-inch suitcase. Extra or oversized luggage may require additional seats. If the luggage exceeds the vehicle’s capacity, the driver reserves the right to refuse the service.

5.00Booking with Viator for our travel from the airport to our airbnb and vice versa was one of the best decisions we made during our trip to Japan. Traveling with 8 people including myself and our multiple luggages, we were so worried how we’d get to our destination. However, Viator solved that problem for us. It was convenient and their staff are professional and courteous. They arrived before our scheduled time and waited for us, helped us with our luggages and took us to our destination without any hassles. We would definitely book with them again in the future and we highly recommend them especially if you’re traveling in a big group.

1.00Driver never make effort to be early and we ended up waiting for his grand arrival and after half hour he still hasnt turn up citing cant find parking lot.. alot has to be done to punctuality and service of this company

2.00The booking says 90 minute window, but they will only give you 30. I had a great trip from the airport to the hotel but this trip back from the hotel to the airport was not it. I would not recommend this for the return trip as they refuse to wait and will refuse to refund. The details are not noted outside of the pick-up from the airport so they will make this difficult. Our flight was delayed so that 90 minute window was desired/wanted and they were not willing to adjust anything. They ignored my messages, as well as Viator's email and messages . As stated, the trip to the hotel was great. hotel to airport I wouldn't recommend

4.00The driver told us he was there but he had actually had the wrong persons name on the card. So it was about 5 minutes of trying to find the driver, once resolved was a easy trip to our hotel.
