Booking Confirmation You’ll receive a confirmation email 3 days before your service to reconfirm the pick-up time and location. Note: Bookings cannot be changed within 24 hours of the scheduled service. Driver Contact Your driver will contact you via WhatsApp within 24 hours before pick-up. Please reply to ensure smooth coordination. Airport Pick-Up We use flight tracking by default. Your driver will monitor your flight and wait up to 90 minutes after landing. If you prefer a specific pick-up time instead, please contact customer service in advance. If no request is made, we will operate under the flight tracking setting. City / Hotel Pick-Up The driver will wait in the car for up to 20 minutes at the scheduled time. Vehicle details will be sent via WhatsApp. Flight Delays If your flight is delayed or cancelled, please notify us at least 6 hours in advance. Without notice, the service will follow the original schedule. Luggage Each passenger may bring one 24-inch suitcase. Extra or oversized luggage may require additional seats. If the luggage exceeds the vehicle’s capacity, the driver reserves the right to refuse the service.

1.00Our flight was cancelled and the operator refused to work with us to either move the pick up to another date or provide us with a refund. We lost out on the money and had to spend more to take a taxi to our hotel.
A Poor Introduction To Tokyo

1.00adult daughter experieced travel sickness. The driver arrived 1 hour late. The van was damaged, not very clean inside and in poor condition, obviously requiring mechanical maintenance. As a result we had a bumpy ride to our Tokyo hotel from Narita when the van was in certain gears. It was so bad that my daughter experienced travel sickness. To add to the frustration, the driver arrived with an empty tank. We had to detour to get petrol. We left the petrol station at 8.40am. Our booking was for 7am., the driver arrived at 8am and we didn't leave the petrol station which was a detour to a nearby industrial area until 8.40am. The driver, however was courteous, helpful with bags and finally got us to our hotel. Obviously I would not recommend this service.

4.00Driver was very friendly but I did expect sign service by baggage claim but that wasn’t the case. We had to take our luggage and go and find him. Then we learned that he “wasn’t allowed” to park at the terminal so we had to wait for him to come around to pick us up. Not what I thought it was but we arrived at our hotel smoothly!
