• A great day-trip while in Nassau/Paradise Island.

  We had a blast on our 3-island tour. It wasn't perfect, though. The boat was about a half hour late to pick us up at Margaritaville. Despite that, the crew was super-friendly and professional. They impressed us with how they dealt with the small children, older folks, and everything in between on the boat. The operation at their private beach resort was smooth, clean, and well-operated. Captain Mike particularly impressed us with his down to earth presence and genuine concern for the passengers.

  Poorly run. Started 1/2 hour late assured we woukd be back by 430 or 5 actually got back after last call for ship at 6. Ship said we were two minutes from being left at the dock. No sense of timing or anything. Beach club not built. We did see a turtle that was the only positive here.

  We did not have a good experience. The excursion did not match what was advertised. The snorkeling was not that impressive and also we specifically booked this tour since we wanted to swim with the turtles, and they just took us on the boat around where the turtles were near the green island. There was no communication when we arrived at their private island. The boat crew did not stay with us and no one from their company on the island gave us clear details as to what to expect there. we waited wondering and they finally told us their lunch was ready (which btw was not too bad), but we were at no point even offered bottles of water at any point during the tour. Overall it was not an impressive experience.

  Larry and his crew were awesome! Love the interaction! Rum punch included was a nice touch. Beach area under construction but still a beautiful spot. Went on a cooler day so pigs weren't into the water but the experience with them on the sandy beach was still cool! We had a big group of kids and adults and everyone had a great time.

• Great way to spend the afternoon

  We were looking for a way to spend the afternoon instead of at the resort. We booked this trip the day before. The boat arrived later than pick up but the trip was not shortened for it. We went snorkeling at a vibrant fish filled area. We sight saw turtles. We did wish we could get in the water with them. Then we went to the beach club island. It was a rocky walk up some steep steps but it came out to a picturesque beach with cash bar, delicious island lunch, beach, water activities and of course the pigs. We have done the pigs on Exuma with the wild ones, but these pigs are very well behaved! The staff were friendly, entertaining, and helpful. The boat was roomy and the ride was not long. It was worth the price and a fun way to spend the afternoon.

  Amazing tour captain Kris , Rick and pig daddy were amazing host they explained and give instructions in a easy manner they were very funny and helpful 100% recommended they provide water and drinks the private island is pretty cool to swim and explore

  

  

  

• Not luxury and not with the money

  We booked through Jet Blue vacations. This was advertised on a luxury speedboat , 40 foot midnight. This was NOT a luxury boat. The rub rails were falling off and the seats were falling apart. The floor of the boat had band aids and napkins on it. Really gross and over capacity for sure in spite of being told it would not be at capacity due to slow season. Having to disembark the boat at the private island via ladder or bow without a dock is also not told in advance and could be a problem for some. The island is under construction and the lunch was a joke. One piece of chicken, rice, and a one inch piece of corn. We were incredibly disappointed.

  We booked through Viator and advised them of the following issues: We were supposed to visit 3 islands. We visited one. Very nice Island (Rose Island) but Shore 2 shore had purchased part of it and it was a building site with a digger, building products and chemicals etc. If we had been advised of these construction works we would not have taken the trip. It was stated that on the itinerary that we would visit Atholl island to swim with pigs. We did not visit this famous island. They bought pigs down on Rose Island (again if we had been advised of this prior to the trip we would not have booked). There are no cute small piglets and just fully grown pigs that did not swim. The ONE rum punch we were offered was of bad standard.  We paid 300 dollars for this trip so you would expect better. There was no commentary at all from the crew regarding any points of interest which is the norm on these type of trips. The turtle swimming that was advertised did not happen! The lunch was some hard bit of chicken some rice and a tiny piece of sweetcorn. There were no other choices. Had to pay for any other drinks when on the island. What really is disappointing is that shore 2 shore did not acknowledge this complaint I sent directly to them. Also when viator contacted them they did not acknowledge there was anything wrong. Such poor customer service. I wished I had booked with a professional tour company such as Sandy Toes.

  Directions to the meeting point were not clear. We actually needed to taxi to the right spot. We ended up on the wrong side of island. We paid $100 to taxi to the right spot to find out them left us. Then we were expected to pay $100/person for a boat to catch up with the tour. I have been many places and this price is outrageous for the trip there. They had other times for the same excursion , but they were cancelled. We then had to taxi back….more money out of our pockets. We have asked Viator and Shore to Shore excursion for a refund but no luck. Do not recommend either company.

  Due to very unclear instructions on where to start our tour, we were taken to the wrong Margaritaville and missed our boat to leave. After paying $100 in taxi fees we were told we’d need to pay another $100 per person to get to the tour. We were not able to be booked on the next tour because those were all cancelled for the day. All requests for any type of refund were rejected for our entire group.
