This whiskey tour is rolling straight into Lynchburg from Nashville. You can hop on the bus, kick back, and enjoy the ride to the historic and picturesque Jack Daniel's Distillery. You'll have time to peruse downtown Lynchburg, just a 5-minute walk from the distillery, and grab a quick bite to eat. We've got some suggestions! Don't forget to stop in the White Rabbit Bottle Shop and grab some limited bottles of whiskey.
DISCLAIMER: The 12:00 PM tours WILL NOT have time to explore or eat lunch in Lynchburg. We highly recommend eating lunch prior to pick up.

This is a 21 years old and up event. Minimum drinking age is 21 years. Valid government issued photo IDs are required to participate on tour.
You will either be transported by our coach bus or 15 passenger van depending on the size of group
Tours run rain or shine, snow and sleet, hot and cold. Dress appropriately.
Please Note: There are no bathrooms on board the bus, please plan accordingly.

Guests wishing to dine at Miss Mary Bobo's restaurant must make reservations in advance on the Jack Daniel's website for 11am and inform their driver when boarding the bus.
Foreign identification (e.g., driver’s license, passport) are accepted as long as they are not expired.

You will be required to ascend and descend many steps. This tour is not recommended for those with mobility challenges.

This Jack and Back tour picks up near the Rep. John Lewis Way South and Korean Veterans Blvd intersection in downtown Nashville at 9:00am. Feel free to bring your adult beverages of choice. The group will depart promptly at 9:10am for the 1.5 hour trip to Lynchburg, TN. This trip takes you through the small town of Shelbyville, a town famous for the Tennessee Walking Horse. The remaining thirty minute commute takes you through picturesque rolling hills and farms into Moore County, only one of three counties where distilling was legal in Tennessee until just a few years ago. Upon arriving at Jack Daniel's distillery, you'll disembark the bus and your guide get you checked-in to the distillery. The tasting tour runs approximately 1.5-hours. You'll have about an hour and a half to peruse the small square of downtown Lynchburg. This tour will depart Lynchburg at 2:30pm and drop off at the starting point at approximately 4:00pm.

Upon arriving at Jack Daniel's distillery, you'll disembark the bus and your guide get you checked-in to the distillery. The tasting tour runs approximately 1.5-hours.

5.00Great experience. Yes there is some walking and you have to be prepared for it but , it is spread out . Casey was an amazing tour guide. The tasting time was a refreshing . Nice to see what the process entails. Worth the time traveling . Be aware that kit is 90 minute ride back and forth .

5.00This was a very enjoyable tour. Our driver Frank was very personable. He explained the day prior to beginning our trip. He was friendly and fun. Also felt very save with him driving. The tour of the distillery was very informative. The grounds are beautiful. Jack Daniel story was very interesting. Did not feel there was quite enough time to see both town and the distillery tour. We did take time to eat at Miss Mary Bobo's and that did take away some of the time, but would not have given that up. The meal was set out when you arrived, so it was about an hour of our time there. The food was very good, and having a host at the table who was able to share stories and history about the town and distillery. Would highly recommend this trip if you have time while visiting.

5.00The Jack Daniels Distillery tour is just fantastic we would thouroughly recommend. Brilliant day out from start to finish with great communication throughout from Viator, our bus driver was fantastic informative, funny and punctual. The tour itself is a pleasure (even to a non whiskey drinker) our tour guide Jon T was so knowledgeable and extremely funny. Cannot fault the whole experience. Just fantastic.
