Once booking is confirmed you would receive a confirmation number. Upon Arrival in Nassau, once bags are collected you would exit Customs and be greeted by a Company Representative on the outside. A sign with your name of choice would be displayed for identification.

5.00They were prepared and arrived when they said they would once we let them know we had arrived. Offered to stop for groceries which we should have down given the ended up going to the store the following morning.

5.00We rate Courtesy Private Charters as 5 Stars!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Marc (CEO and Owner) picked us up from the Nassau airport…he was very well-dressed in a suit & tie, professional, friendly, and engaging! Our flight was delayed several hours in Dallas and also Miami, however, Marc kept in constant contact with us thru WhatsApp, to ensure that we were picked up and driven to Sandals Royal Bahamian Resort in a timely manner. We will definitely utilize his company & services again whenever we visit the Bahamas. Moreover, I will encourage my business associates and colleagues here in California, to reach out to his company…excellent customer service!!

5.00Mark & Flo were amazing. They were patient when our flight kept us on board for an extra 40 minutes and through our wait time at customs and were early for our airport transfer back. They joked with us, gave us recommendations, and overall were the friendliest pair. I will only book with them when I return for all transport services.

5.00We were a family of ten...Flo was our driver for pickup from the airport to Atlantis and then from Atlantis back to the airport. She was FANTASTIC!!! She was promptly there for our pickups & arrived in a vehicle that could comfortably seat 10 passengers and their luggage.

4.00Great drivers and so informative! Very prompt! The only reason I am giving 4 stars is I scheduled a sprinter for our transfers and got 2 SUV’s that were pretty beat up.

5.00I am very pleased with their service! The drivers were prompt, very pleasant the vehicles clean. Juliette, who met me at the airport, was a doll. She was very hospitable, giving me lots of advice on things to do and places to go. I would highly recommend them and plan on using them again next month.

5.00What an exceptional experience! I had the good fortune to discover CPC while looking for airport transfers for myself and my wife, arriving and departing separately. From Charmaine at the airport, Mr Johnson driving and Mark (the owner), they ALL made the extra effort to make us feel welcome and at ease. We were able to communicate easily (directly via Whats App) and efficiently, even when my wife's car experienced a flat and another was dispatched to assist. I enthusiastically recommend them while visiting Nassau & Paradise Island. I am pleased to say I have a friend in Paradise! Thank you Mark!!!
