  We had paid for & scheduled roundtrip transportation from our hotel to the marina for a private boat charter. We were to picked up at 7:30am. At 7:40am, I called inquiring and they had forgotten about us. The person on the phone said they could have another vehicle there in 15 mins after making an airport transfer. That would have made us late. We told the operator to forget it, we would miss our charter. I called about a refund and of course, I'm told it was my responsibility to confirm. The cancellation/refund policies on their sight do not mention confirming for non-airport transportation.

  This company Marvelous Tours stayed in touch with us on the front and back end of our trip. That was awesome!!!

  We had the best experience ever with Clemente. We used him for transport three times and also a three hour city tour. He was friendly, reliable, very reasonable priced, and an expert in the Bahamas. My kids loved being around him as he was so engaging. Going with anyone else on your vacation would be a mistake. Trust me!

  Researched many; really wanted this service; however, 2x tried booking here; both to error. Service may be inactive; we switched to another, booking went right through. Need owner update. Looked great; unable to book.
