4.00Phillip was great, sharing insight into the sites and history of the island. We had to jump around to other forts due to closures (not the fault of the tour), but the tour description said entry fees were included and they were not. While the sites visited were interesting, each felt more like a place we could buy things than experience things.
Excellent tour of Nassau with local pit stops

5.00This experience was a great one that we very much enjoyed. It was very informative from a historical perspective and the pit stops at the local attractions was a great way to get out and meet some actual local Bahamian folks. Phil was an excellent host with a great sense of humor and we would recommend this to anyone looking for some more local exposure beyond the resorts.

4.00Overall experience was good. One of the places that we wanted to go to was not open, but that couldn't be avoided. Driver was very knowledgeable and had a good sense of humor. Only negative thing was that we were not offered the bottled water that was advertised as part of the tour.

2.00Not as advertised: Graycliff Museum not visited, Stroll through Botanical Gardens, not visited. Cigar Company not visited. Graycliff quaint shops not visited. Arawak Cay local Fish Fry Conch Show and Tasting not visited. Bottled Water, not available. I would be happy to accept a refund or full credit from Viator
Missed Unfriendly Family Tour Directions.

1.00We missed the tour. The directions to meet at the terminal at the fountain. Asking security snd police all the way in, no one new. As a matter of fact a policewoman directed as back yo the ship. Walking the city we found the Isolated dilapidated dribbling fountain outside of the Tour Police Station gate. Very frustrated. The pictures of the tour looked great. Sorry we missed it.

2.00We were picked up 30 minutes late. Our reservation had our specific address. The tour guide told us he had a different address. We had to pay entry for Fort Montagu. Fort Fincastle was closed. We were never taken to the Rum cake factory. We ended up walking 20 minutes on our own to see it. We did not have the opportunity to to explore Heritage village. The trip was supposed to be 2.5 hours total time. Our trip including travel time was 2.5 hours which included the 30 minute late pickup. Finally we did not see Arawak cay. Although Philip was nice and knowledgeable this trip was disappointing and not represented as advertised.

4.00I was extremely disappointed to find out l could not pay cash to buy anything l wanted. Our guide was gracious and offered his but that wasn't the point. I left my card at the hotel.
Fun short trip to see around Old and downtown Nassau

5.00Mr Miller was our driver and was amazing tour guide . Gave us a full length history of the place and the color coded buildings . Ample time at every stop and a good way to get around the city. Definitely recommend this trip, it’s stroller friendly although most kids can do the light walking by themselves.
