Booking: Select your pickup location, drop-off location, date, and time. After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation with pickup details and contact information. Pre-Pickup: We review all bookings in advance. Please be ready 10–15 minutes before your scheduled pickup (15–20 minutes for airport or cruise port). Pickup: Look for our white bus with “Island Beach Shuttle” signage. The driver will greet you and assist with boarding if needed. During the Trip: You’ll be transported directly from your pickup location to your drop-off location. Typical trip duration is 10–45 minutes, depending on traffic and destination. Drop-Off: Guests are safely dropped at their requested destination. The driver ensures all passengers and belongings are accounted for before departure. Post-Trip: Guests are encouraged to leave a review.

5.00We did a private transport between Nassau airport and the Royal at Atlantis, roundtrip. They were on time and easy to communicate with. The transport was very spacious for our group of 4 adults, 2 toddlers and 1 infant and a large amount of luggage. It was very fairly priced and the shuttle was clean with great AC and a great driver. Highly recommend.

5.00Our driver was more than just punctual, he actually waited almost an hour because the rest of our party was delayed at the airport. The driver even called after we arrived at our hotel to see how we were doing! Patient and caring!!!

2.00We had to wait a long time for the shuttle – more than an hour after we arrived at the airport. The driver was there, but he mixed up who he was picking up when and we had to wait for other passengers.
No Show driver! Bad service

1.00The driver Thayo stole my money. And refuse to issue a refund. I arrived via cruise ship and informed the driver of my restored pickup location. He agreed and never showed up. I reached out to him while at the port waiting. And he lied and said he was 15 mins away. I was informed by a police officer that he’s being untruthful. And that based on where he said he was, he would be 45 mins away or more. Not only that. But he overbooked. While I was trying to contact him about my pickup. Another passenger was doing the same. He basically left 2 separate groups of people stranded. And then lied and said he didn’t know we were arriving via cruise ship. I reached out to him 2 days prior to pick up. Requesting a point of reference for pick up. I told him what time our cruise would be arriving and he agreed to meet at the dock. Upon arrival he was a no show. And lied that we’re not at the agreed port. He outright refused to refund our payment. Despite the fact that he did not provide the intended service or try to make any amends. If you value good service and clear communication. Avoid this company. Even the police officers at the port told us they’re no good.

5.00Theyo was absolutely fantastic! Knowledgeable about the Island, and very warm/personable. Transportation was clean, air conditioned and Theyo was a great driver. Our flight was delayed and the new arrival time was accommodated with clear communication. Liked the experience so much, we booked him for our return trip back to the airport at the end of our stay!
