Pickup: Look for our white bus with “Island Beach Shuttle” signage. The driver will greet you and assist with boarding if needed. During the Trip: You’ll be transported directly from your pickup location to your drop-off location. Typical trip duration is 10–45 minutes, depending on traffic and destination. Drop-Off: Guests are safely dropped at their requested destination. The driver ensures all passengers and belongings are accounted for before departure. Post-Trip: Guests are encouraged to leave a review.

1.00Extremely disappointed with this transfer service booked through Viator. My flight was significantly delayed, which was completely beyond my control. Despite this, the driver left at the originally scheduled time without attempting to properly accommodate the delay. When I contacted the company, they refused any refund, even though the service was never actually used. This shows a complete lack of flexibility and customer understanding, especially in situations involving flight delays. Very poor customer service and unfair policy. I would strongly advise others to avoid this provider if your travel plans involve any risk of delays.

5.00We did a private transport between Nassau airport and the Royal at Atlantis, roundtrip. They were on time and easy to communicate with. The transport was very spacious for our group of 4 adults, 2 toddlers and 1 infant and a large amount of luggage. It was very fairly priced and the shuttle was clean with great AC and a great driver. Highly recommend.

5.00Thayo was professional, friendly, punctual, and safe. Seamless pickup and drop-off from the Cruise Port to our destination. We were very comfortable in the clean shuttle bus with 3 adults and 2 children. Will absolutely book with him again!
