• Huge disappointment to our Bahamas vacation!

  DONT BOOK THIS TOUR! Pros: The Crew were so lively and helpful. They were trying their best. Cons: The snorkeling area was nothing like the amazing photos they advertise. The waters were way too choppy. They only give you snorkel face piece, NO flippers, so it’s difficult to actually swim and see anything. The time is very short - 10 minutes if you finally get off the boat. At first, they didn’t even mention taking you to see the turtles. I had to go ask one of the crew members. He told me the weather is not right for it. So I was very disappointed because I specifically picked this tour for the turtles. Then we were taken to a “private” beach that was still in construction (literally a digger and a barely built structure and an older gentleman putting tiles into what may be a swimming pool someday. It felt really unsafe to be there. Not at all what ai pictured the experience would be. I didn’t want to do anything with the pigs, but since we weren’t going to see the turtles, we decided to see what the pigs were like. Instead of cute piglets, they were huge male pigs running around. There were way too many people to actually enjoy the experience and two of the pigs had projectile diarrhea shoot out. My daughter and I got the heck out of the area. It was so nasty. Lunch was a joke - a small piece of chicken, even smaller corn on the cob (maybe 3 rows of kernels) and rice. It took about 20 minutes for the crew to actually land the boat, since there was no proper dock to even land on. The boat got stuck in the sand, trying to leave the island. It felt like I had paid for the Bad News Bear boat instead of a beautiful, boat experience as described on the listing. I feel very mislead. The first photo of the couple snorkeling with the turtle is staged and super misleading. You aren’t even allowed to swim with the turtles because they live in an island protected. I would NOT recommend this tour. This tour really ruined what was a beautiful vacation in the Bahamas for us.

  The package I bought was no longer available when we got to the water taxi. They put us on a different package. Not the one we wanted. We didn’t even get to do what we paid to do. They allowed people to smoke on the excursion and people were outing their cigarettes in the water. One of the guests were very rude, loud and using profanity. They gave her a walkie talkie to talk to the captain and then she went up to see him. We were traveling at a high rate on the boat and I was very uncomfortable that a guest was allowed to go up and distract the captain. Some people got on the wrong boat and we had to make a detour. It was very disorganized and stressful. We saw one sea turtle and left. The swimming with pigs, the pigs pooped a BUNCH in the water and we couldn’t swim because we would be swimming in poop. The food was very disappointing.

  We had an amazing time on this snorkeling tour! The crew was friendly, professional, and made everyone feel comfortable from the moment we got on the boat. The snorkeling spots were beautiful with tons of marine life, and the guides made sure everyone had a great view and felt safe in the water. It was a fun, well-organized trip and definitely one of the highlights of our vacation. Highly recommend!

  This was an incredible experience with competent and attentive staff that were a blast!! They were watching out for everyone and making it a great and relaxing time. We saw the turtles plus fish along the reef and fed the pigs!!

  Great excursion. Beach club was under construction during our visit but didn't effect our ability to enjoy the beautiful scenery. I did think the lunch portion was small but that was minor. Snorkeling stop was excellent with great number of beautiful fish.

  PROS There were a couple highlights from this boat tour, including the snorkelling, and visit to Rose Island. Rose island is beautiful but be aware that it's currently under construction, so not fully enjoyable. The pigs are cute but couldn't swim that day due to the cold. Note, these are not the famous pigs like you'd find in Exhuma. CONS: -The older gentleman who collected the money prior to the tour was incredibly inappropriate by making misogynistic comments to my friends. Horrid behaviour for someone interacting with many tourists. -Lunch was a joke, as other reviewers have mentioned (tiny piece of corn, a sliver of chicken and bun, which they substituted in because there was no rice and peas). My friends and I commented how hungry we still were. Also, you'd think they would provide basic refreshments in addition to lunch (besides the ONE glass of rum lunch on the boat), considering it's a 4+ hours day excursion. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this time company and it would be better to find another one that offers more for your money.

  Was absolutely a great experience. Way more than I expected. The water and views were beautiful and crew members were interactive and very friendly.

  Our experience was terrible. There was a 15 min stop on Gilligan's Island. Then we sped by the snorkeling location due to overcrowding according to the captain, promising we would return (we did not). Then we were dropped on an island, not the famous pig island, which required a steep hike up to the lunch area. Lunch consisted of one chicken wing and rice, no drinks provided, punch was available for $15 or $10 beers. When the pigs were released they were large not tiny piglets like advertised, who pooped everywhere. After this other groups were being called back to their boats, after the planned hour. We went back to the dock and our boat was not there, and we were lied to for the next 2 hours that it was on its way, "just refueling". There was a family in our group who had to make a cruise and made it with 40mins to spare. Needless to say we never snorkel, and were completely disappointed wasting 8 hours of a vacation day for a quoted 3 hour tour.

  

• Great Day in Nassau with Shore to Shore

  The whole day was amazing. From booking, staff, boat ride, price, food, experience. This was the best excursion we have booked. We snorkeled, saw some turtles, went to a beautiful beach, had some great food, and fed the pigs. Delaynie made a new friend with the captains daughter. Loved that our trip supported another family. #Shoretoshore was the name of the company.
