Just minutes after leaving Nassau you'll be snorkeling through an undersea extravaganza of living coral and tropical marine life. Your captain will choose two of the clearest and calmest locations on the day to begin your snorkeling adventure. Then, if the weather permits, you'll go for a snorkel with your guide as sharks swim calmly below you. Or, if you prefer, you can watch the sharks being fed from the boat. Sharks are one of the most fascinating marine animals you will ever see, and on this cruise you'll see them up close and personal in perfect safety. The least interested dive boat team ever?

2.00Frankly, this was a very bad experience. The driver loved Vernon, was amazing… He was timely, expert, fun, engaging… He needs to run the whole company. He was the only bright spot. I believe the shops administration needs to be aware that the team on the dive boat was just not interested. When not driving the Captain was playing on his iPad at volume. Everyone else was messing with their phones the whole time. Even with head phones on! This should not be allowed on a dive boat. Especially when people are paying money and there needs to be a great vigilance on instructions and safety. They were just not interested in the people on board. Also, I’ve never been on a boat where there is nothing provided to eat or drink. It’s not an expensive endeavor to bring sodas and snacks. There was just a cooler with paper cones for getting water. When there were people with seasickness, they weren’t even offered a ginger ale or anything like that. As a seasoned traveler and very experienced diver, it was just really bad service and a bad environment. Put down the phones. Make conversation. Engage. At least act interested.

3.00Overall a good trip. The bus driver to boat wasn’t the greatest, but captain of boat was great! Not anything to do with company, but water was freezing so we didn’t enjoy experience to its full potential.

1.00The bus did not come on time and we had to wait 4 hours until the next boat trip. we were eventually picked up and after the 30 minute drive we had to wait on the dock in the heat for an hour until our boat was ready. We then did 2 dives about 25 minutes each where we saw some coral and a small amount of fish. the instructors did not show us anything or give us any information about the dives hey just told us roughly where to swim to. We were then unable to do the 3rd dive to see the sharks which is the main reason i booked the tour because we had to drop someone back to their cruise before it left. I tried to issue a refund but it was not granted. An overall terrible experience and a complete RIP OFF. DO NOT RECOMMEND

3.00A decent fun snorkel adveture, you go to 3-4 different spots spending 30-40 minutes each spot. It is a let down, that they advertise this as a shark snorkel, and you only get 5-10 minutes at the shark location, first off its not even up close with them, they throw a rope out and have you hold onto it, while theres a bait box below you, then the sharks are 50-60 feet below you, and you just look down at them for 5 minutes. Then they bring everyone back on the boat and then bring the bait box up to the surface where you can see them for another 5 minutes before leaving. I was able to have them put my go pro in the water to capture some footage of them up close, but overall it was a little bit of a let down. Overall snorkling trip was fun, just sad they advertise it as a shark snorkel and you rarely get anytime with them. it also says it is a 5 hour excursion it was maybe 3 at max in the water, the location is 45min drive from the cruise ship ports.

5.00We had such a wonderful day on the water with Captain Valentino and Alexis. Every box was checked, for sure! The underwater statues, getting to swim with the sharks! The service was above and beyond right down to the shuttle bus to and from. Highly recommend!

5.00We loved our snorkeling experience with Stuart's Cove Dive, with Captain Valentino and guide Pilar. We are already planning on our next trip returning and doing it again. The staff were all knowledgeable, warm and welcoming, especially for first timers. You could tell they love what they do. They provide the snorkel, goggles, and life jacket and some instruction. To no fault of the staff, one member of our group was not a strong swimmer. With a group of fifteen, Pilar and Valentino did their best to manage everyone's enjoyment while supporting the participant who needed more assist. They were attentive, caring, and wanted everyone to have a good time. While booking the trip through our tour guide, she recommended to bring your own towel, water and snacks. Transportation to the Cove was on time and easy. There is a snack bar to purchase food/drink and restroom on location. If you have mobility or balance issues, getting on/off the boat is difficult so know your capabilities. It took about 40min to our first snorkel spot. We got picked up around 7:30am and got back to our hotel around 2pm. Buffer for extra time getting back. The fee charged was exactly as stated, plus we tipped because they were great. We'll be back!

2.00Too bad for the location that totally deserves 5 stars but the organization is so absurd and senseless in quiet conditions that I dare not think what could happen in an emergency. The excursion was totally affected by a family of 10 (4 adults and 6 children) screaming and screaming on board and kicking and disturbing in the water. All totally uncivilized such as not to have allowed a use of the excursion to the other 4 participants. The crew was unable to handle the chaos that was generated. I would not recommend and would not do it again.
