Our journey continues to a secluded cay just off the mainland, a picturesque island offering breathtaking views perfect for capturing unforgettable photos. Feel free to explore its shores and dive into the clear waters for more snorkeling. Keep an eye out for "Ray Charles," the magnificent spotted ray often gracing these waters.
As the Bahamian sun warms your skin, savor the taste of refreshing coconut and tropical drinks. Hammocks sway gently, inviting you to unwind and soak in the island vibes.
Should the weather prevent us from kayaking to the cay, we'll whisk you away to the enchanting Lovers Cove at Love Beach for an equally captivating experience.

We will kayak to a beautiful reef, prep on our floating swim platform for snorkeling. You will see an array of fish and marine life. Venture to a small cay(island) off the main land with scenic views, great for photos. You can explore the island as well as snorkel. A beautiful spotted ray we call "Ray Charles" can be seen traversing the crystal clear waters. Enjoy a refreshing coconut and tropical drinks as the sun kiss you face, or just kick back and relax in the hammocks. All of our guides are certified Lifeguards, you are in good hands. We are 100% Authentically Bahamian owned and operated. We strive to give you a true islander experience. In the event on the day of your booking the weather is not suitable to kayak to the cay(island), we will relocate to an alternative site call lovers cove at love beach.

5.00Excellent, intimate kayaking/snorkeling experience. Was great to get away from the larger crowds. Guides were incredibly friendly. Generally should expect to exert some effort kayaking (it is open ocean and need to be able to get in and out of kayaks onto platform). Would recommend 10/10.

5.00IslandLife Escape is a fantastic group that prioritizes its customer satisfaction. Our guides, Kareem and Franklin, scoped out diving spots ahead of time and strategically pre-staged the floating platform in order to optimize our experience while accounting for the wind and water conditions on the day of our excursion. They had equipment to fit all members of our group of 5, and made sure we all had fun and were comfortable while also staying safe. The chill time on the beach after our dive was just as enjoyable as the coral reef exploration, especially since it was a quiet and peaceful section of shoreline. And the fresh coconuts and cocktail/mocktail topped it all off. This is a hard-working local crew with so much to share! We will definitely contact IslandLife Escape the next time we are in the Bahamas!

5.00We can't recommend this tour highly enough. Kareem, Franklyn and Tania all were fantastic. What it is: an interesting, educational and fun mini-tour of a quiet part of the islands with a little bit of hiking and a lot of kayaking, snorkeling, swimming and sunbathing. What it is not: loud, crowded, boisterous, overwhelming or "touristy." Kareem and Franklyn were excellent guides - professional, hard-working and knowledgeable but also fun, relaxed and chill. We felt well taken care of and at the same time it was like hanging out with a couple of cool buddies who just happen to know where the best little island is to party. We are a group of four women of moderate fitness, 2 in our 60s and 2 in our 20s. The guys modified our trip on the fly to suit our needs and the weather. It was clear they could do so to suit a variety of skills and abilities. Worthy of note: we saw tons of turtles, rays and, on the reef, colorful fish. The fresh coconut drink/snack was refreshing, the after-snorkel cocktail was fruity and delicious, and the guys get major props for delivering the shoes that one of our group left on the island directly to our hotel. 10 out of 20. Slay!

5.00Franklyn and Kareem were great. They took good care of us, including the kiddos. Even though the kids didn't take full advantage of the snorkeling, they had an awesome floating platform that they could hang off the edge and still see/participate.

5.00This was an exceptional excursion. Kareem and Franklyn are wonderful and informative hosts with a deep love and respect for the island they call home. The kayaking and snorkeling were both excellent, and the reef was filled with beautiful fish.

5.00Kareem and Franklin are great at what they do. I highly recommend them if you plan on doing kayaking and snorkeling. They don’t have specific area. They base it on weather and wind condition. My friend recommended them and when she did it they went to South side while us when we did it we went on the north/east side. i get to experience them do spear fishing. They caught 4 lobsters and a grouper. so fun!
Kareem and Franklin are great and experienced guide especially if you will do some water activities

5.00I’m glad I did the tour. They have excellent service and very helpful. Went out for a kayak and then snorkel around the area. Get to experienced spear fishing as well. They caught 4 lobsters and a grouper. They’re great!

5.00Kareem and Franklin provide a fantastic experience. These are a couple of best friends who have stared a small buisness and it was a pleasure to support them. They picked me up at my hotel right on time. We went to the south side of the island where it was so peacful and lovely. I told them I love nature and they took me to a turle cove, we saw lots of string rays and there are several small reefs for snorkeling. Kareem made a fantastic homemade punch that tasted amazing. I highly recommened them. I think it is a nicer experience to not be with such a larger corportate organization and to suport a small buisness and get a personalized experience.

5.00I booked this tour for my birthday and it was so magical! The small group meant it was just me, my husband and my best friend. We got a lot of guidance from Kareem and Franklin as well as a lot of great conversation. It was such a treat to leave the bustling resort for a few hours and go somewhere truly remote. It was the perfect amount of activity- enough to make you feel accomplished, but not enough to exhaust you. Highly recommend.

The guides were very helpful and genuine. This was a great experience and as long as you enjoy kayaking, I highly recommend this tour!
