  Pros: Driver was very knowledgeable and funny Cons: Tour started late, missed multiple stops, was very crowded and didn’t give included water as promised

• Nassau bus tour

  Getting outside to the tour, no one with a Viking shirt was there to greet us, we were asking around before someone told us he was. Left 15 minutes late. The driver was excellent explaining all the different places around Nassau. We didn't stop at 2 of the forts on the itinerary, only drove by. Also never received the bottle of water which would have been nice in the heat. The queen staircase is a must see in Nassau. It overall was a good tour

  Nico was excellent. He was personable, entertaining, knowledgeable and very informative. He was also accommodating. Even with The fish fry restaurants all full, Nico offered to go try other restaurants, but we, as a group, were in agreement and decided to not go try to find another restaurant option. The bus was a little warm inside but it was not intolerable. If you have a neck fan bring it. Very good tour with Nico

  The guide was amazing. He agreed to pick us up last minute from a different meet up point. He was knowledgeable and threw in humor also

  I got a called letting me know they need to moved my reservation from 10am to 2pm because they have mechanical issues with the transportation. The guy comes late but he was very friendly at least. The tour is just to take you to places for you can spend your money. We went to the Rum cake factory and the samples we got was good but the cakes we bought don’t taste the same. The Rum factory no one gives us the tour the only offer is to try a piña colada and that’s it. You guys asked for too much money for really nothing.

  Niko was very nice and friendly. He was funny and made the trip enjoyable. Love it. We had a lot of fun.

  Papi and Mara share a wealth of information about Puerto Plata, which makes the excursion even more interesting. We never felt rushed or obligated to stay longer in certain places. We would choose them again and again.

  My experience with Viking Rentals was amazing! Neco was truly the best tour guide — professional, funny, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. He kept us laughing the entire tour and made the experience even more enjoyable. He even offered to extend our beach time so we could soak everything in a little longer. We accidentally left sand all through the van, and he still ended the tour with a smile and such kindness. His customer service and positive attitude made the entire experience unforgettable. If you book with Viking Rentals, make sure to ask for Neco — you won’t regret it! Highly recommended!

  

• Rain didn’t stop the Fun

  Even though it rained a good portion of the time, we had a great time with Nikko. He went back to spots after the rain stopped to make sure we were happy! Def a good choice to have chosen a closed in air conditioned van tour.
