  Our guide knew all about the island and was very informative. The only issue we had was the people at the Run Cake Factory rushed us through.

  Experience was great, the group was quite small, van was comfortable and we got a tour of the majority of Nassau by someone who was quite knowledgeable.

• Big Papa was great, friendly, funny and the tour was very informative. I highly recommend this tour.

  The traffic requires a good amount of the time allotted. The tour guide while friendly was quiet most of the driving time only pointing out a couple of other sites. The sites visited were interesting. The tour guide had no identifying clothing or tag on, so we were unsure whether we were in the right meeting spot and had to ask several other guides. He did an Q&A on the way back to remind us of the facts. Overall I would recommend the tour, just know these things before.

  Nico our driver was very nice. He was knowledgeable and lots of fun. If you’ve never been to Nassau it’s a great way to hit the most popular spots.

  This was a fabulous tour with Bahamapap242 as our guide. If you book this tour, definitely ask for him, if possible. He gave us great history of the islands in addition to all the stops we made. We hit so many great locations in the half day tour. 100% recommend this tour. (We did a different city tour and would recommend this over the other we paid 2x more for)

  This experience is a relaxing and fun way to learn about Nassau. We enjoyed our driver/tour guide, Freddie, as well as the other people on the tour. We tasted rum cakes, rum, and conch and learn a bit about the history and culture of Nassau and the Bahamas.

  On the day of our scheduled trip, which was Saturday, February 21st, we walked to the Tourism Police Station as stated on the paperwork. We arrived at 9:45am and at 10:00am we started asking everyone around if we were in the right place for the tour and we were told yes. At 10:05, 10:10, still no one had shown up. The people selling tours said don’t worry, Nico is always late, but he will show up! I tried calling the 833 number on the paperwork, and it would not go through from Nassau. I did try to text that number, and my text went through as it did not come back to me as a bad number. Around 10:19 am a man named Freddy showed up and picked up two people who were scheduled with him, so we asked him if he knew Nico, and he said yes. He asked our names, we told him, and he said okay come with me. We said are you sure because we are supposed to be with Nico, and we have a 4-hour tour, and the other people do not. He said yes, Nico can’t make it, so come with me. We were very disappointed with the whole tour. The wrong person took us. It was a different tour than what we paid for. Freddy was not very friendly, and he was unprepared as he had to stop and buy gas after he was over 20 minutes late picking us up. Fort Montagu was closed, so we did not get to see that. Fort Fincastle was also closed; he did not take us to Fort Charlotte and we did not go to Junkanoo Beach or Arawak Cay. The few stops that we did go to were rushed, and we were done and back at the ships by 1 pm. TripAdvisor needs to provide a working phone number that can be reached from any location from which they are providing tours. We had no way to reach Nico, the tour company, or TripAdvisor. This, too, is unprofessional and unacceptable. We are requesting a full refund for this trip as we did not receive what we paid for or promised on the itinerary. Very disappointed in the whole process.

  This is a whirlwind tour with alot of stops and alot of history packed in just a few hours. Lucky was a great tour guide and is someone who has a passion for the Bahamas and its history.

  Excellent group tour of Bahamas, I only took off one star because I wish it was longer. Unfortunately our group did not have time to explore the beach
