  The company did not have a good communication with us. We had to wait over 30 minutes and we had to call them a few times for the vehicle information, we didn’t know what vehicle we supposed to look for. A tour guy was excellent though. Overall the tour wasn’t not what I expected I guess there were not much to tour places

  This was a great excursion. Niko was the perfect guide and gave us lots of information along the way! It was a little confusing dealing with ship time and Nassau time seeing as how it was different but it all worked out.

  The tour was very interesting and we learned a lot about the island and different buildings along the way. The stops were great and never rushed us around. I would recommend this tour if you would like to have an easy day of sightseeing. Everything went smoothly from pick up to drop off at our resort.

  

  

  

• Great driver and guide

  The driver and guide were great. Unfortunately, the guide did not check the names of everyone boarding. He took passengers belonging to a different tour and left the proper ones behind. After visiting the rum cake factory, we had to go back to the port and switch everyone out. We lost over half an hour doing that. And then we had to go back to the rum cake factory again! The tour description should state that these vans are not equipped for handicapped folks who use wheelchairs. That slowed all of us down considerably. (One elderly woman, who might have had a massive stroke some time prior to the cruise, had to be lifted out of the van into her wheelchair by at least two people. I fault her family for expecting her to go on a tour like that. We felt so sorry for that handicapped woman, because that van was no place for her. She needed a wheelchair lift.) The driver had great difficulty fitting the wheelchairs into the back of the van. It just wasn't built to accommodate the handicapped. The interior of the van was worn out and the seats were situated such that it was difficult to maneuver into the seats. Tall men were really squished and had no leg room. However, the driver and guide were very kind, friendly, and exceptionally patient with everyone. They tried their best to show us everything, but just couldn't do it and get us back to the ship on time. Kudos for getting us back just in time, because the pier is a long walk. Enjoyed the most were the Queen's Staircase and the rum distillery -- both were so lovely. More time at those spots would be lovely. We enjoyed beautiful scenery throughout the ride; however, I would take the fish fry off of the agenda. It wasn't a free sampling, and there really wasn't enough time for us to order food and sit down to actually enjoy it. We just walked around and fended off the souvenir vendors. Shorten the agenda and spend more time at fewer attractions.

  Picked up right on time from Sandals. Great narration through the whole trip by our guide. Learned a lot of the Bahamian history. Great way to see the area.

• Disastrous Nassau Tour From Start to Finish

  I don't recommend it. It was sad. We wanted to learn about the history of Nassau from the beginning it has been a horror. We hadn't been on the bus for a minute and we stopped at a bake shop. Only sale. No explanation. We haven't seen any forts. They were 3 included. We had to fight to go to one of them and they didn’t let us in without paying even though the ticket was included. We stopped at Queen staircase and had met a person who told us the story of the site but asked us for tips. Of all the historical things we wanted to see nothing. It has been a shop tour with minimal samples and it is clear that he had no intentions of complying. No water, no wifi, no itinerary. A disaster!!! He's a tougher experience. We were 7 people and it wasn't cheap but... it turned out to be a scam.

  

  

  

• Great tour. Pick up and drop off from hotel was poor service

  The driver and the tour was great. But the only issue was that we were picked up from our hotel, but they dropped us off at the Cruise terminal and we were stranded with no way back to our hotel. The driver had to call someone to come pick us up about 30 minutes later. And we were taken back in a jeep buggy, not a bus.

  Did not start on time and end on time- 45 minutes late to start & over 1 hour late to finish. Result was not enough time for lunch!

• Nassau City Tour Needs Improvement

  The tour started 30 minutes late, 45 minutes after the time we we told to be at the meeting point. At the last stop, the driver did not emphasize the time for the stop nor the departure time. Consequently, several tour members did not return on time. The driver tried to accommodate them past the point when he should have left them. We headed back to the port 30 minutes later than scheduled. At the end, we were dropped off at a location different from the starting point, causing some confusion on how to get to the pier. Despite being 30 minutes late, that drop-off location was far enough from the pier that one elderly couple using rolling walkers would have had difficulty getting on board their ship on time, if they even made it. The rum cake factory was a sales store, not a factory. The distillery ”tour” was not an organized tour. I do not recommend this tour.

  The tour was a good time. Our tour guide Carrington was great and very knowledgeable about the island.
