  Pickup at the fountain right outside cruise port was on time. Our driver / guide (Nico) was great, van was clean and A/C and seatbelts all worked. Saw what we wanted to (note: only one fort Fincastle) and dropped us at the Junkanoo beach walking distance back to Cruise port at the end at our request. 5 star.

• Need a better quality bus. No WiFi. No Audio system

  The guide was good. The issue was the Mini bus speaker system did not work and in fact the speakers were missing and removed from the ceiling. Could not hear the guide from the 4 th row of the bus. The guide said he has asked the tour company, Viking multiple times for a working audio system and they still have not replaced the missing speaker’s.

  Great experience. This was my first time in the Bahamas so I wanted to see what the city was all about. Tour was small. Driver was friendly and knowledgeable. Saw all the key points in the Bahamas. Would totally recommend for first timers

  Very rushed and we only visited one of the forts, entrance to it was not included as specified. No real commentary from the driver giving facts etc

  Left a good sweater on tour bus and texted driver via Viator within mins and he never contacted me. Very upsetting ending.

  My husband and I enjoyed the tour. It was just enough time to pass had a day. My only issue was we waited 30 mins for the bus and guide to show up without getting any updates from the tour. When we called we were just told they were on the way. No apology or reason why they were so late

• Nice tour but did not go to all the spots

  The driver was nice and friendly, clean vehicle and pick up was on time. However the tour did not go to Fort Charlotte, Fort Fincastle and Junkanoo beach, these were in the itenerary from Viator.

  We booked half day city tour thru Viator and Neko with Viking Tours was out tour guide. We were picked up and dropped off at our resort. Neko was an excellent tour guide very knowledgeable, courteous and very personable. I would recommend this tour

• A Quick Introduction to Nassau!

  Driver/Guide Neko's positive attitude and willingness to assist those guests struggling with mobility issues made him a joy to be around. While stops were not lengthy, to me the purpose of this excursion was to introduce one to Nassau. Pleased to learn Neko was being given a microphone headset in order to be heard easier as opposed to speaking loudly for all to take information he shared more easily. Appreciated the variety of venues listed! Personally, I enjoyed this excursion!
