1.00This was a totally useless tour….,the description was not given clearly on the app else I would not have booked it. It was misleading and I ended up buying 3 tickets when just 1 would have been sufficient if at all somebody wanted to waste money on it.

3.00Well organized, fun and informative guide. But already extremely many tourist groups in the same rooms. In addition the division / number per guide was certainly also 20 people. Therefore sometimes a little strenuous..

1.00This is a SCAM. Tickets are supposed to be free but we were willing to pay for them if we could actually get them. There is no live person to answer questions or help to get you started. The notes show to go to a "meeting point" which we couldn't find. When calling the number, the message is that they are CLOSED!!! We asked for a refund (as we couldn't even start the tour) but was only given $9 per person out of the $21 we paid. What a rip off! The directions should be clearer what to do to start the tour and how to get the entry tickets.
