The access to the hot springs is easy for almost anyone who can walk on their own. The guided hike up river does require a more athletic physical ability.

Visit the Natural Hot Springs located in the natural reserve of Sierra de la Laguna. In this unique place away from the busy attractions of Los Cabos you can relax in peace surrounded by beautiful nature. Here you will have the opportunity to enjoy bathing in the natural hot springs as well as swimming in the cold river pools! If you are in good shape and like hiking we can do a guided hike up river to see some more natural swimming pools and small waterfalls. If you are up for a more challenging and longer hike you get rewarded with a secluded an exclusive hot spring as well as breathtaking views of the canyon and mountains. ! You will also learn about the flora, fauna, and brief history of the area as well as the local culture. After the hot springs we can stop at a local family restaurant for authentic lunch. (optional and not included in the price) Live this unique experience with Good Trips Baja! The total time of the tour is approximately 7 hours including transportation time. It takes from 1.5 to 2 hours drive to get there but it is a nice drive into the natural reserve were you can get to see the country side of los cabos.

5.00This was such an incredible experience. Carlos was an amazing guide who truly went above and beyond to make the trip memorable. Carols was knowledgeable, encouraging, and clearly passionate about the area. The landscape was absolutely stunning, with views that made every step worth it. If you choose the more difficult hike option, just be prepared for a good amount of bouldering and scrambling. It’s definitely adventurous and physically demanding, but also a lot of fun if you’re up for the challenge. Overall, this was an unforgettable experience, and I can’t recommend it enough.

5.00We had an amazing day! Carlos our guide was great, he knew so much about the area, terrain, flora & fauna. The hikes were great and he was very observant of our abilities and adjusted as needed. The hot springs were beautiful and so relaxing. Max was very helpful when we called with questions. We hiked in tennis shoes (which were fine) and brought flip flops to hang out in the water but they weren’t needed as most of the pools were very nice, clean, clear and soft sandy bottoms. I will be booking another excursion with Carlos and Max on our next trip.

5.00Amazing time and Carlos was the best to ever do it. I want Carlos everytime I come back. It was supposed to be 7 hours ending up being almost 12. I love it

5.00What a fabulous hike in a beautiful secluded natural area. Carlos is the best, most knowledgeable guide! We could not have done the hike without him. After a long day of exploring hot springs, waterfalls, and learning about the native plants and animals, we finished our amazing day with the absolute best guacamole and lobster tacos.

5.00Max took us on an unforgettable private adventure to the Santa Rita Hot Springs, easily one of the most unique experiences we’ve had in Baja. We stopped in Santiago to see the oasis of green palms before heading deep into the Sierra de la Laguna, far off the typical Cabo tourist track. He led us on a beautiful hike up the river, scaling granite rocks to a deserted swimming hole with a waterfall. The natural pools were absolutely magical, an unexpected paradise tucked into the middle of the arid Baja landscape. Max tailored the whole day to our family, knowing we spend a lot of time outdoors back home, and it made the experience feel personal and perfectly paced. We wrapped up with incredible lobster tacos, which honestly should be their own tour. If you’re an adventurous traveler looking for something raw, remote, and real, Max is your guy.

5.00This is our second time doing this experience and it was so worth it . Carlos took us this time and he was fabulous!! I will say this trek is not for the weak!! The roads are dirt and very bumpy and not everyones's cup of tea but when you get to hot springs it is worth it!! It is so beautiful !! and then we went to the waterfall which was about 20 more minutes of lots of bumps and driving through some water but again worth every minute!! It is a whole new way to see Cabo !! Last stop is a wonderful lunch at a local place that serves the best Lobster taco's and yummy margarita's !! It is about an 8hr. day from start to finish . FYI Carlos jumps higher than Max from waterfall!! LOL!!
