  Greetings, everyone. My husband (Benjamin) and I were very grateful to Benny for his outstanding service yesterday. It was an inspiring tour, and we will certainly recommend Bein Harim Tours to our friends and to other churches and organizations.   Such a great tour highly recommend. We had yuval as our guide today, yuval is an extremely down to earth guide, very accomodating and knowledgeable I really appreciate that I got him as a guide for this trip. Everything was more than what I expected it to be, very happy.

  This company wasts travelers time by taking them to the restaurant and gift shops to make money. We waited 20 minutes past departure time for a couple they never showed up. Then they take us to a restaurant that we had no option except placing the order to guide one hour before getting there then take us to a gift shop for one hour they locked the door we had to listen to shop owner’s lecture about their products. SHAMEFUL

  Nazareth & Sea of Galilee Tour – lovely city, poor company. Nazareth itself was beautiful, but Bein Harim managed to ruin this one too. We were taken to a single restaurant option charging 110 shekels for one piece of fish (without a drink). Another traveller complained, yet the guide claimed it was the only option available — clearly false. The 6 AM start is not acceptable and some people were not able to have a proper meal before leaving their homes. The literary is too packed too. Lovely city Of Nazareth however. In short: This company is disorganised, overpriced, and inconsiderate. They prioritise profit over people. Israel is a beautiful country and deserves better representation than this. Avoid Bein Harim Tours if you value your time, money, and peace of mind.

  Benjamin was a very good your guide he was very informative he was very friendly with the tour group and was patient with us. I would recommend him to anyone who would do a tour in Israel.

• Bein Harim Tours: The Gold Standard for Exploring Israel

  From the moment we booked with Bein Harim, the experience was smooth, professional, and deeply memorable. We went on four different tours across Israel with them — Masada and the Dead Sea, Nazareth and the Galilee, Bethlehem and Jericho, and a half-day in Jerusalem — and each one was superbly run. What stood out right away was their attention to detail. We were added to a WhatsApp group several days before each tour, which made communication effortless and gave us great peace of mind. Every trip ran on time, with clean, comfortable transport and knowledgeable, personable guides. Our first guide, Benny, led us through Masada and the Dead Sea. He was incredibly knowledgeable, engaging, and made the whole day both educational and enjoyable. For our Bethlehem and Jericho tour, in addition to Avishay who was an amazing guide, we had the added benefit of a local Christian guide named Martin in Bethlehem, who brought a thoughtful, personal touch to the experience. His insights and perspective added real depth and heart to the visit, and we felt privileged to have him guide us through such an important site. For our final tour in Jerusalem, Bein Harim actually ran it just for the two of us — a gesture that really impressed us. That kind of flexibility and care isn’t something you come across every day. What I appreciated most was how safe and well-looked-after we felt throughout — even on trips that involved crossing into the Palestinian Territories. Bein Harim’s professionalism, organisation, and outstanding guides made our time in Israel truly unforgettable. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

  The tour guides created a group chat so it was nice to know that you are in constant communication with them. They also arrived on time. Now for a quarter of the tour, you are being driven around but that's the reason for choosing a tour versus driving in a car rental. The guides know the various areas very well and will take alternate routes to avoid traffic. Also, you can catch up on sleep, chat with your group mates, or just view the lovely sceneries in an air-conditioned vehicle. They also have a charging station at each seat so don't forget your USB cable! Plus, you can leave your personal items and souvenirs on the bus/van. The driver stays by the vehicle at all times. The sights were wonderful and there were many! The churches at Nazareth, the lovely sea of Galilee, a quick stop at Cana, the baptismal site at the Jordan River (you are provided time to get baptized, if you like), a recommended restaurant (of which the food was quite good with all the sides and soft bread you can eat - yum), another quick stop to Tabgha, and finally Capernaum, all while viewing the various villages, valleys, mountains, and the desert long the way. By the way, throughout the tour, there are many restroom breaks! Last but not least are our lovely tour guides. Yuval was not only informative on the geography and historical facts, he was hilarious. He entertained us with jokes, riddles, and questions & answers sessions. Yuval was very personable and everyone just loved him. Another important person on the tour was our driver, Hassan. He texted us before arriving on time, he knew the roads very well and took alternate routes when necessary, he guarded our items left on the vehicle, he provided some facts and answered questions during our ride back home, and most importantly, he got us to our destinations safely. Who can ask for more?! Tips: Bring your passport, a sun hat and sunscreen for sunny days, coins for some restroom facilities requesting donations, phone charger, bottle of water (though you can purchase water along the way), and please tip your tour guides to show your appreciation.
