The riverboat is handicap accessible. However, access to the top & bottom decks are by stairs only. Please call before finalizing your plans if you have questions on access or personal equipment.

4.00was a very nice experience, listening to Jazz band on the steamboat and watching the sun set over the mississippi river. Most staff were just amazing but on asking one staff member to confirm if this was the right que to join I heard her make a derogatory comment about us to another colleague about us not wanting que and where we was from and I did correct her. We didn't take the dinner option but there are bars on board to get drinks, plenty of space to enjoy the band and the cruise on the river. we really enjoyed it overall.

5.00Had an excellent evening - despite the wet weather! Food was good & plentiful, drinks were reasonably priced & the band was excellent. We also had a great commentary on the way out telling us what we were seeing on the banks of the Mississipi. It was a wonderful evening all round. The cost of the tickets was reasonable, too. My husband uses a wheelchair and they accommodated his needs well. However, if you are unable to walk at all or cannot manage steps then Im not sure this would be manageable as you are required to vacate the main deck & go either or down while you are not eating.
Deafening organized music for 15 minutes in line.

4.00Bring your sound blocking headphones for the time in line. The organ on top of the boat was way way toooo loud. It was deafening for 15 minutes. Most uncomfortable. Otherwise good,

4.00The cruise on the Mississippi was pleasant. We did the early dinner seating and had plenty of time afterward to enjoy it. The food was good when comparing it to other venues serving a large crowd. I'd recommend it because it provides with some of the history of NOLA.

3.00Glad we did this, but all in all if I could do it over I’d 100% skip the meal which was average at best. Also I recommend you ask the crew what side of the boat to sit on…we were on the side facing the across the river bank and all the narrations were useless. Not the best experience. The boat itself is historic and worth checking out. Just temper your expectations some

4.00So this trip was very nice but I have some notes for future travelers. They let you on the boat at 6 pm but you don't leave until 7 pm. The jazz band, which was very good, plays until you leave the dock and then plays again towards the end. They have a narration about the sites on the river but that's only for part of the trip after the jazz band finishes and you leave the dock. You can't hear the narration clearly throughout the boat, so if you want to hear it, listen for it, and then it's done. You can walk around the boat and stand by the paddlewheel and see the engine room, so make sure to check those out. I didn't have dinner or get drinks, but bring cash, as rumor had it that their systems were down and they didn't announce it or suggest that people get cash from the ATM on the dock. We caught an amazing sunset towards the end and the scenery was really nice, I just wish I had heard all of the narration as it wasn't repeated. The staff was nice enough but I asked one of them a pretty basic question and they had to refer me to someone else.
