4.00Arrive early to enjoy the site's scenes and perfect atmosphere, the boat has photo shoots before onboard and it will cost you $38 for the single picture. The food was not buffet as indicated on the site so that was misleading. I wanted to try the different entrees but it was not possible so that was dissatisfied. The service was slow and it could have been 5 stars. The Dixieland band was very good and I will rally enjoyed that!!!the boat cruise ride was great but I think I would skip the dinner section. The staffs were pretty good.

5.00The nighttime steamboat “City of New Orleans” ride was wonderful!! Live jazz band, delicious Cajun food buffet, drinks, beautiful views of the city along the river and family made an amazing night!! Would definite recommend!

5.00It was my 63rd birthday. And, it was the best one yet! The ambiance was peaceful, the live band and music was awesome, the staff were welcoming and polite. Also, food was good and our server Mary was very nice. The bar drinks were on point and to me, it was the perfect night for a cruise on the Louisiana side of the Mississippi River.

2.00Very underwhelming. Food was Luke warm at best and we were one of the first to dine. Our server was mediocre at best. There was only one desert option which tasted awful. I like my sweets but I could not stomach whatever it was that was served. The bank that played showed real promise. However once they came back from their break...seems like they lost their talent. Time just seemed to slow down..we couldn't wait to get off the boat.
So disappointing! Dining hall is depressing!

2.00The interior of the boat is in terrible shape. It is so old, dated, and unkempt. The buffet was OK, but the dining hall is terrible! There is really no excuse for it. The ambiance was so depressing, and a remodel of the dining hall is desperately needed. The actual boat ride was pleasant, but you should have low expectations to fully enjoy the experience. I would not do this again or recommend it to anyone, especially dining in the dining hall. It was most definitely disappointing and not worth the money.

3.00The steamboat dinner cruise was an enjoyable experience overall, with a few notable highlights and one major drawback. Food: The food was good and flavorful overall. While the gumbo missed the mark and wasn’t very impressive, the salad and the rest of the buffet were excellent and well-prepared. Customer Service: Outstanding. The staff provided top-notch customer service from start to finish—friendly, attentive, and professional, which truly elevated the experience. Entertainment (Band): Unfortunately, the band was the biggest disappointment. Zero stars. I would not consider it jazz by any standard, and it significantly took away from the atmosphere. Despite the poor entertainment, the great food (minus the gumbo) and exceptional customer service made the cruise worth experiencing.
